【摘要】：我國高校學(xué)生組織在中國急速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟大環(huán)境中因其多元化的表現(xiàn)而產(chǎn)生了多層面的訴求。誠然,我國學(xué)生組織在高校中扮演著較為重要的管理角色,但其自身發(fā)展也存在諸多問題需進一步研究。構(gòu)建服務(wù)型政府引來了社會正效能,本文試圖探索可否將其模式引入到高校學(xué)生組織的發(fā)展過程中。 目前高校學(xué)生組織的運行特征在非公益性的價值取向,包括機制、運行邏輯和社會化功能方面出現(xiàn)了很大偏差。循著組織行為學(xué)中個體與組織的整體性思考路徑后發(fā)現(xiàn),高校學(xué)生組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)個體的“官僚化”問題會給組織帶來負面影響,而被誘發(fā)的組織“官僚主義”傾向同時也會加重學(xué)生干部個體“官僚化”現(xiàn)象。而學(xué)生干部的個體問題,在一定程度上違背了學(xué)生組織應(yīng)以充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生主體地位為核心的構(gòu)建宗旨,組織性質(zhì)發(fā)生的退變與學(xué)生干部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式和效能產(chǎn)生的偏差具有相關(guān)性。因此,構(gòu)建服務(wù)型學(xué)生組織的基本思路是以“學(xué)生組織干部的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為與效能”為切入點,運用領(lǐng)導(dǎo)生命周期理論進行分析,試圖構(gòu)建“以學(xué)生為本”的學(xué)生組織,最終回歸到學(xué)生組織更好地發(fā)揮學(xué)生主體性的應(yīng)然狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In the rapidly developing economic environment of China, student organizations in colleges and universities in our country have many demands because of their diversified performance. Indeed, student organizations in our country play a more important role in the management of colleges and universities. However, there are many problems in its own development that need to be further studied. The construction of service-oriented government has attracted positive social efficiency. This paper attempts to explore whether the model can be introduced into the development process of college student organizations. At present, there is a great deviation in the non-public welfare value orientation, including mechanism, operation logic and socialized function of college student organization. The problem of "bureaucratization" of students' organizations and leaders in colleges and universities will have a negative impact on the organizations, while the tendency of "bureaucracy" in organizations that are induced will also aggravate the phenomenon of "bureaucratization" of individual student cadres, while the individual problems of student cadres will also be aggravated. To a certain extent, it is contrary to the aim that student organization should give full play to the student's main body status. The degeneration of organization nature is related to the deviation of student cadres' leadership style and efficiency. The basic idea of constructing service-oriented student organization is to take "the leadership behavior and efficiency of student organization cadres" as the breakthrough point, to use the theory of leadership life cycle to analyze, and to try to construct the student organization which is "student-oriented". Finally return to the student organization to play a better role in the state of student subjectivity.
