【摘要】：21世紀(jì)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的高速發(fā)展要求農(nóng)業(yè)院校培養(yǎng)的人才不僅要具備較高的農(nóng)學(xué)專業(yè)素質(zhì),而且要具備較高的文化素質(zhì)和思想道德素質(zhì)。而高校思想政治教育在培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生文化素質(zhì)和思想道德素質(zhì)方面發(fā)揮著獨(dú)一無二的主渠道作用。因而21世紀(jì)高速發(fā)展的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化對農(nóng)業(yè)院校的思想政治教育工作提出了新要求和新挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)院校思想政治教育工作在培養(yǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)方面取得了喜人的成果,但也存在著一些亟待解決的問題,尤其是思想政治教育模式方面的問題較為突出和嚴(yán)重。而且思想政治教育模式作為思想政治教育理論轉(zhuǎn)化為思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動的媒介,直接影響思想政治教育效果的發(fā)揮。此外目前學(xué)術(shù)界對農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式的研究和關(guān)注較少且研究成果缺乏典型性和代表性。因此,迫切需要開展農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式創(chuàng)新研究。本文第一部分對選題緣由及意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究思路與方法以及論文創(chuàng)新之處進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述。其中對國內(nèi)外研究綜述進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)闡述,主要包括大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式國內(nèi)外研究綜述和農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式國內(nèi)外研究綜述兩部分。本文第一部分旨在引出農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式創(chuàng)新研究這一論題。本文第二部分對農(nóng)業(yè)院校、大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式以及農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式三個核心概念進(jìn)行了界定和闡釋,其中對大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式這一概念進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)論述。本文第二部分旨在明確農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式創(chuàng)新研究這一論題的研究范圍。本文第三部分對《農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查》的問卷設(shè)計與施測、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計與分析、調(diào)查結(jié)論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。其中對調(diào)查結(jié)論進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)闡述,主要包括農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)容實(shí)施和實(shí)施效果兩個方面取得的成績及存在的問題。本文第三部分旨在通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計方式將調(diào)查問卷中農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式方面存在的問題呈現(xiàn)出來。本文第四部分對農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治模式存在問題歸因分析依據(jù)和歸因分析內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了具體論述。依據(jù)大學(xué)生思想政治教育活動的構(gòu)成要素——思想政治教育者、思想政治受教育者、思想政治教育影響將農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式存在問題歸因分析內(nèi)容分為主體歸因和客體歸因。主體歸因主要包括思想政治教育者歸因與思想政治受教育者歸因兩個方面,客體歸因主要包括思想政治教育內(nèi)容歸因與思想政治教育環(huán)境歸因兩個方面。本文第四部分旨在找出農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式存在問題的原因所在。本文第五部分對農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式創(chuàng)新方案構(gòu)建原則和構(gòu)建內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。依據(jù)繼承性和創(chuàng)新性相結(jié)合的原則、部分和整體相結(jié)合的原則、普遍性和特殊性相結(jié)合的原則進(jìn)行農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模塊模式創(chuàng)新方案和農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育關(guān)系模式創(chuàng)新方案的構(gòu)建。農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模塊模式創(chuàng)新方案具體包括思政理論課教育模塊模式創(chuàng)新方案、輔導(dǎo)員教育模塊模式創(chuàng)新方案、社團(tuán)組織教育模塊模式創(chuàng)新方案、管理服務(wù)教育模塊模式創(chuàng)新方案。農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育關(guān)系模式創(chuàng)新方案主要涉及時間關(guān)系模式、空間關(guān)系模式、內(nèi)容關(guān)系模式以及形式關(guān)系模式。本文第五部分旨在構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新方案以解決當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育模式存在的問題。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century the rapid development of agricultural modernization requires the talents of agricultural colleges and universities should not only possess of high professional quality, but also to have the high cultural quality and moral quality. The ideological and political education in the cultivation of College Students' cultural quality and moral quality plays a main role. The one and only put forward new requirements and new challenges so in twenty-first Century the rapid development of the agricultural modernization of Ideological and political education of agricultural colleges. The current ideological and political education of agricultural colleges and universities made gratifying achievements in the aspects of the humanistic quality education of college students in agricultural colleges, but there are also some problems to be solved, especially the ideological and political education problems are more prominent and serious and ideological and political. As a mode of education of Ideological and political education theory into the practice of the ideological and political education medium And directly affects the effect of Ideological and political education play. In addition the current academic circles on the ideological and political education pattern of Agricultural College Students' study and less attention and research results lack of typical and representative. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out agricultural college students ideological and political education mode innovation research. The first part of the reasons and significance of the topic, research review at home and abroad, discussed the research ideas and methods and the innovation. Which focuses on the research at home and abroad, including the ideological and political education model research and model of Ideological and political education of Undergraduates in agricultural universities at home and abroad on the summary of the two part. The first part of this paper aims to study the innovation of Ideological and political education mode leads the topic of agricultural college students. The second part of the agricultural colleges, college students ideological and political Three core concepts of political education mode and the Agricultural College Students' Ideological and political education mode for defining and explaining, which focuses on the concept of Ideological and political education of university students. The second part of this paper aims to study the definite scope of agricultural college students political education mode of innovative ideas on this topic. The third part of the questionnaire design "status model of Ideological and political education of Agricultural College Students Survey > and survey, data statistics and analysis, the conclusions of the investigation are discussed in detail.
