【摘要】：為體現(xiàn)大學(xué)教育的本質(zhì)、遏制私人教育過熱、維護(hù)社會(huì)教育機(jī)會(huì)均衡,近年來韓國政府對(duì)大學(xué)招生制度進(jìn)行了一系列改革,形成了"隨時(shí)"和"定時(shí)"招生考試的二元化體制,并引入了"入學(xué)面試官制度",考察學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)和能力,并努力保障農(nóng)村和低收入階層等弱勢(shì)階層的受教育權(quán)。韓國在改革高考制度、提高人才選拔效率、保障教育機(jī)會(huì)均衡的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國的高考和招生制度改革有一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In order to reflect the essence of university education, curb the overheating of private education and maintain the balance of social education opportunities, the Korean government has carried out a series of reforms to the university enrollment system in recent years, which has formed a dualistic system of "anytime" and "regular" enrollment examinations. And introduced the "system of interviewers" to investigate the students' comprehensive quality and ability, and strive to protect the right to education of the disadvantaged class, such as the rural areas and the low-income class, etc. South Korea is reforming the college entrance examination system to improve the efficiency of talent selection. The relevant experience of ensuring balanced educational opportunities can be used for reference in the reform of college entrance examination and enrollment system in China.
