當代中國文化轉型背景下大學生人格教育研究

【摘要】:隨著中國改革開放進程的不斷推進,社會文化生活領域正在經(jīng)歷著復雜而深刻的變化,這既給我國高等教育的發(fā)展帶來了前所未有的機遇,同時又使高等教育面臨著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),近幾年來,高等教育的改革成為中國社會廣泛關注的熱點問題,其中,高等學校大學生的人格教育被看作是高等教育改革的主要內(nèi)容。人格教育的重要性日益被人們所認可和接受,高等教育不僅僅是學習和傳遞知識,更重要的是陶冶人的情操,培育健康人格。實現(xiàn)高等教育在健康人格形成和塑造過程中的積極作用,需要我們從文化變遷和轉型的高度,審視當代大學生所面臨的具體處境,分析制約和影響大學生人格發(fā)展的主要因素,探索實施人格教育的模式和方法。本文以當代中國文化轉型為背景,,考察在當代中國文化轉型背景下大學生人格教育問題,主要從以下幾個面來進行闡述。 1、考察文化轉型與人格教育的關系。首先考察了個體、文化與社會的關系以及當代中國文化轉型的實質(zhì),指出大學生人格的現(xiàn)代轉型是當代中國文化轉型的必然要求;進而指出人格的現(xiàn)代化對大學生人格提出新的要求,即當代大學生須具備主體性、競爭性、寬容性、開放性與和諧等素質(zhì)。 2、當代大學生人格現(xiàn)狀與成因的分析。考察了大學生人格形成及特征與大學生人格發(fā)展過程中存在的主要問題,并從多元文化的沖擊、開放性文化的影響、利益觀的變化以及網(wǎng)絡文化的誘惑等幾個方面具體地闡述了對大學生人格發(fā)展的影響。 3、文化轉型背景下大學生人格教育的建構。主要論述了文化轉型背景下大學生人格教育的內(nèi)容建構,包括自我意識教育、情感意志教育、價值態(tài)度教育以及行為模式的養(yǎng)成教育。通過這四個方面教育的有機結合,使當代大學生形成正確的自我意識,具備良好的社會適應能力與情緒調(diào)控能力,養(yǎng)成表里如一的行為模式,從而達到知、情、意、行諸要素的平衡協(xié)調(diào)與和諧發(fā)展。 4、文化轉型背景下大學生人格教育對策。主要探討了文化轉型背景下大學生人格教育對策,一是構建以人格教育課程為核心、專業(yè)課程為輔的多層次人格教育課程體系;二是加強校園文化的滲透;三是提供人格實踐的機會;四是培養(yǎng)大學生的文化自覺意識。通過采取這四個方面的綜合措施,以期推動大學生人格教育工作,提高大學生人格教育的實效性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous advancement of China's reform and opening up process, the field of social and cultural life is undergoing complex and profound changes, which has brought unprecedented opportunities to the development of higher education in China. At the same time, higher education is faced with severe challenges. In recent years, the reform of higher education has become a hot issue of widespread concern in Chinese society, among which, The personality education of college students is regarded as the main content of higher education reform. The importance of personality education is increasingly recognized and accepted by people. Higher education is not only to study and transfer knowledge, but also to cultivate people's sentiment. To cultivate healthy personality and realize the positive role of higher education in the process of forming and shaping healthy personality requires us to examine the concrete situation faced by contemporary college students from the perspective of cultural change and transformation. This paper analyzes the main factors restricting and influencing the development of college students' personality, and explores the mode and methods of implementing personality education. This paper, with the background of contemporary Chinese cultural transformation, examines the problems of college students' personality education under the background of contemporary Chinese cultural transformation. Mainly from the following several sides to elaborate. 1. To investigate the relationship between cultural transformation and personality education. Firstly, the author examines the relationship between individual, culture and society and the essence of contemporary Chinese cultural transformation, and points out that the modern transformation of college students' personality is the inevitable requirement of contemporary Chinese cultural transformation; Furthermore, it points out that the modernization of personality puts forward new requirements for college students' personality, that is, contemporary college students must have the qualities of subjectivity, competition, tolerance, openness and harmony. (2) the analysis of the status quo and causes of contemporary college students' personality. This paper investigates the formation and characteristics of college students' personality and the main problems existing in the process of college students' personality development, and from the impact of multiculturalism, the influence of open culture. The influence of the change of profit view and the temptation of network culture on the development of college students' personality is expounded in detail. 3. The construction of college students' personality education under the background of cultural transformation. This paper mainly discusses the content construction of college students' personality education under the background of cultural transformation, including self-consciousness education, emotion and will education. Through the organic combination of these four aspects of education, the contemporary college students can form correct self-consciousness, have good ability of social adaptation and emotional regulation. Form the behavior pattern of the same form, so as to achieve the balance, coordination and harmonious development of the elements of knowledge, emotion, meaning and action. 4. The countermeasures of college students' personality education under the background of cultural transformation. The first is to construct a multi-level personality education curriculum system with personality education curriculum as the core and professional curriculum as the supplement. The second is to strengthen the infiltration of campus culture; the third is to provide opportunities for personality practice; and the fourth is to cultivate the cultural consciousness of college students. By taking comprehensive measures in these four aspects, we hope to promote the work of personality education for college students. Improve the effectiveness of personality education of college students.
