【摘要】：1949年以來,兩岸大學在繼承和弘揚中國傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀文化、五四精神,植根于各自社會現(xiàn)實需要,在歷史合力的作用下形成了各具特色且蓬勃發(fā)展的大學校園文化。隨著1986年臺灣宣布解除戒嚴,兩岸大學校園文化交流形成了1987年前間接被動交流階段和1987年后的直接主動交流階段。1987年以來,兩岸大學校園文化交流取得了豐碩成果,但存在著交流機制空缺、島內(nèi)臺獨威脅、兩岸政策影響和自身軟肋等現(xiàn)實困境。應(yīng)通過夯實ECFA成果、加強協(xié)商溝通、完善交流機制從而建構(gòu)兩岸大學校園文化交流保障機制；以“百家爭鳴、百花齊放”為原則建立以“大學為主體、多方共參與”,引入監(jiān)督評估的兩岸大學校園文化交流模式；通過創(chuàng)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流平臺、豐富交流活動和完善督評反饋機制來構(gòu)筑兩岸大學校園文化網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流平臺機制。從而促進兩岸大學校園文化交流的大發(fā)展、大繁榮。
[Abstract]:Since 1949, universities on both sides of the strait have inherited and carried forward Chinese traditional excellent culture and the spirit of the May 4th Movement, rooted in their own social needs. Under the influence of historical resultant force, the university campus culture with its own characteristics and vigorous development was formed. With the lifting of martial law in Taiwan in 1986, The cultural exchange between the two universities has formed the stage of indirect passive exchange before 1987 and direct and active exchange after 1987. Since 1987, the cultural exchange between the two universities has achieved fruitful results, but there is a gap in the exchange mechanism. Taiwan independence threats on the island, cross-strait policy influence and their own soft spots and other practical predicaments. We should consolidate the ECFA achievements, strengthen consultation and communication, and perfect the exchange mechanism so as to construct a guarantee mechanism for cross-strait university campus cultural exchanges. "A hundred schools of thought contend with one hundred schools of thought," The principle of "letting a hundred flowers blossom" is to establish a "university as the main body, with the participation of all sides of the world" to introduce a cross-Strait university campus cultural exchange model with supervision and evaluation; and through the creation of a network exchange platform, Enrich the exchange activities and perfect the feedback mechanism to construct the network exchange platform mechanism of the campus culture of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, thus promoting the great development and prosperity of the cultural exchange on the campus of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.
