和諧理念下的高校思想政治教育機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國在構(gòu)建和諧社會的同時還處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型的大變革時期,轉(zhuǎn)型期的社會是一個充滿生機(jī)的社會,也是矛盾復(fù)雜、問題層出不群的社會。轉(zhuǎn)型時期我國利益分化加劇,貧富差距拉大,這就會引起利益受損的社會弱勢群體的心理失落,心理上的失落又有可能導(dǎo)致他們出現(xiàn)行為上的偏激,面對這種情況,如何做好弱勢群體的思想工作,平衡他們的心理,促進(jìn)和諧社會的建設(shè)是我們必須要面對的難題。要想建立一個和諧的社會,在社會轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,思想政治上的教育是極其必要的。本文把和諧理念引入高校思想政治教育機(jī)制,通過對相關(guān)理論的概述,加強(qiáng)了對和諧理念和高校思想政治教育機(jī)制的認(rèn)識,對和諧理念引入思想政治教育的原因有了初步了解;系統(tǒng)闡述高校思想政治教育的理論基礎(chǔ),通過分析機(jī)制的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,找出不足并分析原因;并在教育思想、內(nèi)容和體制三個方面保障和諧理念引入高校思想政治教育機(jī)制。 本文總共分為五個部分: 第一部分,緒論。該部分內(nèi)容主要闡述了論文的研究背景和意義,分析了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)狀,,提出研究思路和方法,指出論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),為論文的研究和寫作奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分,相關(guān)理論的概述。通過對和諧理念和高校思想政治教育機(jī)制內(nèi)容等方面的闡述,加深認(rèn)識,分析和諧理念與高校思想政治教育機(jī)制的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。 第三部分,和諧理念下的高校思想政治教育機(jī)制的理論基礎(chǔ)。本文提出了三個理論基礎(chǔ):人的全面發(fā)展學(xué)說、灌輸理論和思想政治教育機(jī)制。 第四部分,高校思想政治教育機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀分析。對現(xiàn)行機(jī)制做客觀評價的基礎(chǔ)上,找出機(jī)制的不足之處,并分析原因。 第五部分,通過教育思想、教育內(nèi)容和教育體制三個方面來保障和諧理念引入高校思想政治教育機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is still in the period of social transformation while building a harmonious society. The society in the transitional period is a society full of vitality, also a society with complicated contradictions and problems. If the gap between the rich and the poor is widened, this will lead to the psychological loss of the disadvantaged groups in the society whose interests are damaged, and psychological loss may lead to their extreme behavior. In the face of this situation, how to do a good job in the ideological work of the vulnerable groups? Balancing their psychology and promoting the construction of a harmonious society is a difficult problem we must face. In order to build a harmonious society, in the process of social transformation, Ideological and political education is extremely necessary. This paper introduces the idea of harmony into the mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and strengthens the understanding of the concept of harmony and the mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities through an overview of relevant theories. We have a preliminary understanding of the reasons for the introduction of the concept of harmony into ideological and political education, systematically expound the theoretical basis of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, find out the deficiencies and analyze the reasons through analyzing the operating status of the mechanism, and analyze the causes of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Content and system three aspects to ensure the concept of harmony into the ideological and political education mechanism. This article is divided into five parts:. The first part is the introduction. This part mainly describes the research background and significance of the paper, analyzes the current situation of related research at home and abroad, puts forward the research ideas and methods, points out the innovative points of the paper, and lays a foundation for the research and writing of the paper. The second part is an overview of the relevant theories. Through the elaboration of the harmonious idea and the content of ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities, the author tries to deepen the understanding and analyze the internal relationship between the harmonious idea and the ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities. The third part is the theoretical basis of the ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities under the harmonious concept. This paper puts forward three theoretical bases: the theory of human's all-round development, the theory of inculcation and the mechanism of ideological and political education. Part 4th analyzes the present situation of the mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Based on the objective evaluation of the current mechanism, the author finds out the deficiency of the mechanism and analyzes the reasons. In the 5th part, the author introduces the mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities through three aspects: educational thought, educational content and educational system.
