【摘要】：大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通是對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的一種途徑和方法。思想政治教育的目的是提高人們的思想道德素質(zhì)，而思想政治教育溝通有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目的。思想政治教育溝通是教育者深化學(xué)習(xí)、提高自身思想政治水平的過程，也是教育對象逐漸認(rèn)同教育內(nèi)容并內(nèi)化為自己觀念的過程，這是一個共贏的過程。然而，在社會環(huán)境日益復(fù)雜、大學(xué)生日益?zhèn)�性化的今天，一方面，大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通取得了一定的成效，對提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育的針對性和實(shí)效性起到了促進(jìn)作用；另一方面，大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通過程中還存在一些問題，分析這些問題并針對這些問題提出解決策略，進(jìn)而優(yōu)化大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通，這是本文的研究重點(diǎn)。本文共分為導(dǎo)言、正文和結(jié)論三部分，正文包括以下四部分： 第一部分：當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通理論概述。 這部分主要是對大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定，它是文章的邏輯起點(diǎn)。首先從溝通的含義入手，然后對思想政治教育溝通的含義進(jìn)行分析，在借鑒他人理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上，對大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了闡釋，并對大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的類型和功能作了進(jìn)一步的分析。 第二部分：當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的必要性與意義。 首先闡述了大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的必要性，主要從社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期的需求和新時期大學(xué)生自身特點(diǎn)的需求兩方面進(jìn)行分析；其次探析了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的意義，主要從教育者的角度、教育對象的角度以及教育者和教育對象關(guān)系的角度對其意義進(jìn)行了分析。 第三部分：當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的現(xiàn)狀及原因分析。 這部分主要包括三方面的內(nèi)容，即當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的成效，，大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通中存在的問題，以及對存在問題的原因分析。對于這三個方面的論述，筆者從溝通理念、溝通方式、溝通內(nèi)容、溝通能力、溝通目標(biāo)及溝通效果等幾個不同的層面進(jìn)行了探討和分析。 第四部分：當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的策略。 這部分是針對大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通存在的問題及問題的原因，提出優(yōu)化大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通的策略，是文章的重點(diǎn)。主要從完善溝通制度，變革溝通思維，優(yōu)化溝通環(huán)境，提高溝通能力，改進(jìn)溝通方法五方面來加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育溝通，希望通過這些策略能夠減少思想政治教育中的無效溝通，促進(jìn)思想政治教育溝通效果的最大化，更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育的目的。
[Abstract]:The communication of college students' ideological and political education is a way and method to carry out ideological and political education for college students. The purpose of ideological and political education is to improve people's ideological and moral quality. The communication of ideological and political education helps to achieve this goal. Ideological and political education communication is a process for educators to deepen their learning and improve their own ideological and political level, and it is also a process in which educational objects gradually identify with the content of education and internalize it as their own ideas. This is a win-win process. However, with the increasingly complex social environment and the increasingly individualized college students, on the one hand, the communication of ideological and political education among college students has achieved certain results. On the other hand, there are still some problems in the communication process of college students' ideological and political education. This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The text includes the following four parts:. The first part: the communication theory of contemporary college students' ideological and political education. This part mainly defines the connotation of college students' ideological and political education communication, which is the logical starting point of the article. First, it starts with the meaning of communication, and then analyzes the meaning of ideological and political education communication. Based on the theoretical achievements of others, the connotation of ideological and political education communication for college students is explained, and the types and functions of ideological and political education communication for college students are further analyzed. The second part: the necessity and significance of ideological and political education communication of contemporary college students. Firstly, it expounds the necessity of ideological and political education communication of college students, mainly from two aspects: the needs of the social transformation period and the needs of the college students' own characteristics in the new period. Secondly, it analyzes the significance of ideological and political education communication of contemporary college students, mainly from the perspective of educators, educational objects and the relationship between educators and educational objects. The third part: the present situation and reason analysis of ideological and political education communication of contemporary college students. This part mainly includes three aspects, that is, the effect of the communication of contemporary college students' ideological and political education, the problems existing in the communication of college students' ideological and political education, and the analysis of the reasons for the problems. The author discusses and analyzes the communication idea, communication method, communication content, communication ability, communication goal and communication effect. Part 4th: the communication strategy of ideological and political education of contemporary college students. This part aims at the problems and causes of the communication of ideological and political education of college students, and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the communication of ideological and political education of college students, which is the focus of the article. To improve communication environment, improve communication ability and improve communication methods to strengthen the communication of college students' ideological and political education, it is hoped that these strategies can reduce the ineffective communication in ideological and political education. To promote the maximum effect of ideological and political education communication, better achieve the purpose of ideological and political education.
