我國學(xué)校教育中價值教育的研究

【摘要】:價值教育是產(chǎn)生于20世紀90年代的一種國際教育思潮。世界范圍內(nèi)全球各國政治、經(jīng)濟、文化的一體化導(dǎo)致多元化價值的沖突,在這種背景下,為應(yīng)對教育中的價值觀出現(xiàn)的危機,,價值教育的興起是必然的趨勢。價值教育是以尋求人的生存意義與價值、實現(xiàn)人的自我發(fā)展、提升人生境界為宗旨,是在教育實踐中實現(xiàn)知識與價值的有機結(jié)合、形成合理的價值觀的教育。我國價值教育的目的與內(nèi)容的制定緊緊圍繞著價值教育是要培養(yǎng)立足現(xiàn)實、直面生活、充滿生活的信心,不斷追求自我、超越自我的人的核心目標,努力實現(xiàn)全體受教育者素質(zhì)全面、均衡的發(fā)展。 我國當代社會中現(xiàn)代人價值觀念的迷失、教育現(xiàn)代化過程中存在的價值危機以及學(xué)校教育過程中由于缺乏價值教育而出現(xiàn)的各種問題,這些現(xiàn)象無一不反映出當前我國教育在價值教育方面存在著不可忽視的缺陷,在我國開展價值教育是必要的、刻不容緩的。價值教育是我國教育改革的一個重要方向,更是實現(xiàn)我國素質(zhì)教育全面展開的必要途徑。筆者通過對我國學(xué)校教育實踐過程中由于缺乏價值教育而產(chǎn)生的諸多問題進行深入的探究,總結(jié)出我國學(xué)校教育中價值教育缺失的原因主要表現(xiàn)為以下四個方面:1、學(xué)校教育中重知識教育而輕價值教育;2、道德教育存在著價值缺失;3、價值教育目標與教育現(xiàn)狀相偏離;4、學(xué)校價值教育的方式欠佳。根據(jù)價值教育欠缺原因的分析結(jié)果,筆者在對價值教育理論與實踐的研究成果進行深入的學(xué)習(xí)和選擇性的繼承的前提下,結(jié)合我國學(xué)校教育的現(xiàn)狀提出了在學(xué)校教育中實施價值教育的幾點對策:1、確立價值教育的目標;2、樹立價值教育的核心觀念;3、采用多種價值教育方式;4、堅持價值教育與課程改革相結(jié)合;5、創(chuàng)新價值教育的實施方法;6、加強教育工作者的價值觀建設(shè)。 價值教育對于我國教育的全面實現(xiàn)有著舉足輕重的作用,而我國學(xué)校教育在價值教育方面存在的欠缺也是毋庸置疑的現(xiàn)實,我國教育工作的當務(wù)之急即是采用切實有效措施及途徑來糾正已有的過失、解決存在的弊端。
[Abstract]:Value education is an international trend of thought in education which originated in 1990s. The integration of politics, economy and culture in the world leads to the conflict of pluralistic values in the world. In order to deal with the crisis of values in education, the rise of value education is an inevitable trend. The purpose of value education is to seek the meaning and value of human existence, to realize the self-development of human beings, and to promote the realm of life. The purpose and content of value education in our country is to cultivate the reality and face life closely around the value education, which is to realize the organic combination of knowledge and value in educational practice and to form a reasonable value education. Full of confidence in life, constantly pursue self, transcend the core goal of self, and strive to achieve a comprehensive and balanced development of all educatees. In the contemporary society of our country, the value concept of modern people is lost, the value crisis existing in the process of educational modernization and the various problems arising from the lack of value education in the process of school education. All these phenomena reflect that there are some defects in value education in our country. It is necessary and urgent to carry out value education in our country. Value education is an important direction of education reform in our country. It is also a necessary way to realize the all-round development of quality education in our country. The author deeply explores many problems arising from the lack of value education in the practice of school education in our country. The reasons for the lack of value education in school education in our country are summarized as follows: the following four aspects: 1: 1, the emphasis on knowledge education rather than value education in school education, the value deficiency in moral education, the goal of value education and the present situation of value education. According to the analysis results of the reasons for the lack of value education, the way of value education in schools is poor. On the premise of deep study and selective inheritance of the research results of the theory and practice of value education, Combined with the present situation of school education in our country, this paper puts forward some countermeasures of implementing value education in school education: 1, establishes the goal of value education, sets up the core idea of value education, adopts various ways of value education, and insists on value education. Combining education with curriculum reform, we should innovate the implementation method of value education and strengthen the construction of educational workers' values. Value education plays an important role in the overall realization of education in our country, and the lack of value education in school education in our country is an undeniable reality. The urgent task of our country's education work is to adopt practical and effective measures and ways to correct the existing mistakes and solve the problems.
