【摘要】:大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作的理論與實踐發(fā)端于二十世紀(jì)八十年代的美國,經(jīng)過二十多年的發(fā)展,大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作這一研究領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)取得了一定的理論成果和實踐經(jīng)驗。目前,從整體上來看我國的大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作還未有效地進(jìn)行,本文通過借鑒國外已有的大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作的理論和成功經(jīng)驗,試圖對大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作的理論進(jìn)行比較系統(tǒng)的研究,具體內(nèi)容包括以下五個方面: 第一,大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作的界定。在對大學(xué)、社區(qū)以及合作這三個概念進(jìn)行界定的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)而提出大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作是大學(xué)和社區(qū)在民主平等、互惠互利和共生共贏理念的指導(dǎo)下,以合作的方式進(jìn)行的一系列主動行為,具有明確的主體和目標(biāo),并在此基礎(chǔ)上形成一種長期的穩(wěn)固的合作關(guān)系。 第二,大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作的動因。大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作基于資源互補和互惠互利這兩方面的需要。其中,大學(xué)和社區(qū)內(nèi)部的資源互補性對大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作所起的推動作用,是雙方進(jìn)行合作的催化劑,大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作給合作雙方帶來的利益是其合作的原始動力。 第三,大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作的類型。從大學(xué)的視角來看,大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作的類型可以分為教學(xué)型合作、研究型合作和服務(wù)型合作這三種類型,在各類合作中又有其獨特的合作方式。通常情況下,大學(xué)和社區(qū)通過服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)和社區(qū)培訓(xùn)這兩種方式來進(jìn)行教學(xué)合作,通過參與的學(xué)術(shù)和以社區(qū)為基礎(chǔ)的參與研究來進(jìn)行研究合作,通過志愿服務(wù)和咨詢服務(wù)來進(jìn)行服務(wù)合作。 第四,大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作的原則。大學(xué)和社區(qū)的合作必須遵循共同性原則、尊重性原則、互補性原則、共享性原則、開放性原則、反饋性原則、循環(huán)性原則,只有遵循這些基本原則,大學(xué)和社區(qū)雙方的合作才能順利進(jìn)行。 第五,大學(xué)和社區(qū)合作的機制。大學(xué)不僅應(yīng)將社區(qū)合作與學(xué)生的課程和教師的研究相融合,以激勵雙方進(jìn)行合作,而且還應(yīng)該為社區(qū)合作投入人力和物力資源,并設(shè)立專門的組織機構(gòu)來保障合作的運行,在合作項目結(jié)束后,大學(xué)則需要從合作使命、目標(biāo)、過程和結(jié)果等方面對合作進(jìn)行評估。
[Abstract]:The theory and practice of university and community cooperation began in 1980s in the United States. After more than 20 years of development, the research field of university and community cooperation has made certain theoretical achievements and practical experience. On the whole, the university and community cooperation in our country has not been carried out effectively. This paper tries to make a systematic research on the theory of university and community cooperation by referring to the theories and successful experiences of university and community cooperation in foreign countries. The specific content includes the following five aspects:. First, the definition of university and community cooperation. On the basis of defining the three concepts of university, community and cooperation, it is proposed that university and community cooperation is the equality of university and community in democracy. Under the guidance of the concept of mutual benefit and symbiotic win-win, a series of active behaviors carried out in a cooperative manner have clear subjects and goals, and on this basis form a long-term and stable cooperative relationship. Second, the drivers of university and community cooperation. University and community cooperation is based on the need for complementary and mutually beneficial resources... in which the complementarity of resources within universities and communities contributes to university and community cooperation, It is the catalyst of cooperation between the two sides, and the benefits brought by the cooperation between universities and communities are the original motive force of cooperation. Third, the types of cooperation between universities and communities. From the perspective of universities, the types of cooperation between universities and communities can be divided into three types: teaching-oriented cooperation, research-oriented cooperation and service-oriented cooperation. There are also unique forms of cooperation among various types of cooperation. Usually, universities and communities cooperate in teaching through both service learning and community training. Research collaboration through participatory academia and community-based participatory research, and service collaboration through volunteer and advisory services. Principles of cooperation between universities and communities in 4th. Cooperation between universities and communities must follow the principles of commonality, respect, complementarity, sharing, openness, feedback, circularity, etc. Only by following these basic principles can the cooperation between the university and the community proceed smoothly. 5th. Mechanisms for university-community cooperation. Universities should not only integrate community cooperation with student curricula and teacher research in order to stimulate cooperation, but also invest human and material resources in community cooperation. A special organization is set up to ensure the operation of the cooperation. After the cooperation project is finished, the university needs to evaluate the cooperation in terms of mission, goal, process and result.
