【摘要】：隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和全球一體化的到來(lái),留學(xué)教育成為教育領(lǐng)域的大眾投資新熱點(diǎn)。我國(guó)是世界上最大的留學(xué)生輸出國(guó),出國(guó)留學(xué)人數(shù)呈逐年上升的趨勢(shì),近年來(lái)自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)生占年出國(guó)留學(xué)總?cè)藬?shù)的90%以上而且還有穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)的勁頭。自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)不僅可以使全社會(huì)受益,還關(guān)系著留學(xué)者個(gè)人的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和發(fā)展前景。本文從微觀角度出發(fā),研究廣西個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)的成本與收益。 研究以人力資本理論為基礎(chǔ),分析廣西個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)的成本與收益。論文先對(duì)選題背景和理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行概述；然后提出了個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)的基本假設(shè)和投資模型,并界定成本、收益等關(guān)鍵概念；根據(jù)搜集的實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)和資料分別分析廣西個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)的成本、收益狀況,并借助本研究提出的基本假設(shè)和投資模型,對(duì)廣西個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)的成本與收益作出評(píng)價(jià)；投資行為的產(chǎn)生必然受多種因素影響,本文從國(guó)家政策、就業(yè)市場(chǎng)和家庭環(huán)境三方面探究對(duì)個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)投資行為的影響；最后,根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,對(duì)促進(jìn)個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)教育理性投資提出對(duì)策建議。 本研究通過(guò)運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、訪談、構(gòu)建模型等方法,以廣西個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)現(xiàn)況調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為例,對(duì)廣西個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)的成本與收益問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,以期找到個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)的投資回報(bào)水平,給正在或即將進(jìn)行自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)教育投資的個(gè)人以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提示、決策參考和投資指導(dǎo),促進(jìn)個(gè)人自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)教育健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the advent of knowledge economy and global integration, the education of studying abroad has become a new hot spot of public investment in the field of education. China is the largest exporter of foreign students in the world, and the number of students studying abroad is increasing year by year. In recent years, the number of students studying abroad at their own expense has accounted for more than 90% of the total number of students studying abroad each year, and there has also been a steady increase. Studying abroad at one's own expense can not only benefit the whole society. This paper studies the cost and benefit of studying abroad at individual expense in Guangxi from the micro perspective. Based on the theory of human capital, this paper analyzes the costs and benefits of studying abroad at personal expense in Guangxi. Firstly, the background and theoretical basis of the topic are summarized; then, the basic assumptions and investment models of individual studying abroad at their own expense are put forward. Based on the empirical data and data collected, the paper analyzes the cost and income of Guangxi individuals studying abroad at their own expense, and makes use of the basic assumptions and investment models put forward in this study. This paper evaluates the cost and benefit of studying abroad at personal expense in Guangxi, and the emergence of investment behavior is bound to be influenced by many factors. This paper probes into the influence of the employment market and family environment on the investment behavior of individuals studying abroad at their own expense. Finally, according to the conclusions of the research, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational investment in education of individuals studying abroad at their own expense. By using the methods of questionnaire, interview, model and so on, this paper studies the cost and income of Guangxi individual studying abroad at their own expense, taking the investigation data of Guangxi individual studying abroad at their own expense as an example. In order to find the level of return on investment of studying abroad at one's own expense, to give the individuals who are investing in education abroad at their own expense a risk hint, a decision-making reference and an investment guide, and to promote the healthy development of the education of studying abroad at one's own expense.
