高校學(xué)生工作與學(xué)校社會工作的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前中國正處在社會的轉(zhuǎn)型期,復(fù)雜的社會關(guān)系和利益關(guān)系以及急劇變遷的生活方式都深刻地影響著大學(xué)生的思維方式、道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和價值取向。受外部負(fù)責(zé)的社會環(huán)境影響,那些被社會學(xué)視角所定義的“行為異常學(xué)生”、“問題學(xué)生”呈逐步增長的態(tài)勢。對傳統(tǒng)的高校學(xué)生工作而言,這些新情況已經(jīng)成了新的課題,同時,也給學(xué)校社會工作的發(fā)展提供了良好的契機(jī)。 開展高校學(xué)校社會工作,是新時期高校學(xué)生工作的趨勢之一,也是高校學(xué)生工作的一場全新的改革。開展高校學(xué)校社會工作,是將現(xiàn)有的學(xué)校社會工作的理論、價值理念、方法運(yùn)用于高校學(xué)生工作,為大學(xué)生弱勢群體提供各種專項(xiàng)服務(wù),以協(xié)助大學(xué)生預(yù)防問題發(fā)生、改善不利處境,更好地完成學(xué)業(yè)與健康成長,實(shí)現(xiàn)高校教育的目的。 開展高校學(xué)校社會工作是建立在科學(xué)理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)社會需要的基礎(chǔ)之上的,在理論上,高校學(xué)校社會工作有其社會學(xué)、教育學(xué)和心理學(xué)等理論基礎(chǔ);在現(xiàn)實(shí)上,它是補(bǔ)救當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生工作的需要,是解決高校貧困生問題,促進(jìn)高校貧困生健康發(fā)展和維護(hù)社會穩(wěn)定的需要。 通過分析和借鑒國外及港臺地區(qū)開展學(xué)校社會工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及相關(guān)研究成果,,以內(nèi)地高校開展學(xué)校社會工作的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要為背景,從理論上嘗試建構(gòu)高校學(xué)校社會工作的運(yùn)行模式--嵌入模式,并分別從政策層面、資源層面和操作層面對這一模式及其具體實(shí)施策略進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。結(jié)合本研究結(jié)果,主要得出以下結(jié)論: 高校學(xué)校社會工作的工作原則,是對學(xué)校社會工作者的道德約束和指引,在嵌入模式的指導(dǎo)下,高校學(xué)校社會工作應(yīng)遵循敬業(yè)原則、接納原則、自決原則、個別化原則和尊敬人原則等基本工作原則,以保證高校學(xué)校社會工作的有效開展。 建立和完善我國高校學(xué)校社會工作運(yùn)行模式,應(yīng)采取三個方面的對策,即:高校學(xué)生工作的缺失與學(xué)校社會工作的嵌入發(fā)展、學(xué)校社會工作者角色定位:是服務(wù)提供者非政工干部、學(xué)校社會工作模式:從“點(diǎn)式配備”到“全員參與"。 最后,分別從社會工作專業(yè)的發(fā)展和學(xué)校社會工作本土化的發(fā)展兩個方便論述了開展學(xué)校社會工作的實(shí)際意義。其中學(xué)校社會工作之于社會工作本土化具有理論積淀、人才儲備和社會環(huán)境認(rèn)同三個方面的重要意義。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the period of social transformation. The complicated social relations and interests, as well as the rapidly changing way of life, have a profound impact on the way of thinking, moral standards and value orientation of college students, and are influenced by the external responsible social environment. Those "abnormal behavior students" and "problem students" as defined by the sociological perspective have gradually increased. For traditional college student work, these new situations have become a new topic, and at the same time, It also provides a good opportunity for the development of school social work. It is one of the trends of college student work in the new period to carry out social work in colleges and universities, and it is also a new reform of student work in colleges and universities. To carry out social work in colleges and universities is to put the existing theories and values of school social work into practice. Methods to apply it to the work of college students and to provide various special services for the disadvantaged groups of college students in order to help them prevent problems, improve their disadvantage, complete their studies and grow up healthily, and realize the purpose of higher education. The development of social work in colleges and universities is based on the scientific theory and the needs of the real society. In theory, the social work of colleges and universities has its theoretical basis such as sociology, pedagogy and psychology. It is the need to remedy the current work of college students, to solve the problem of poor students in colleges and universities, to promote the healthy development of poor students in colleges and universities and to maintain social stability. Through analyzing and drawing lessons from the experience and related research results of developing school social work in foreign countries and Hong Kong and Taiwan, the background of this paper is the realistic needs of developing school social work in mainland colleges and universities. This paper attempts to construct the embedded mode of social work in colleges and universities theoretically, and discusses this model and its implementation strategies in detail from the aspects of policy, resources and operation. The main conclusions are as follows:. The working principle of social work in colleges and universities is the moral restriction and guidance to the social workers in schools. Under the guidance of the embedded mode, the social work in colleges and universities should follow the principle of respect for work, accept the principle of acceptance, and the principle of self-determination. In order to ensure the effective development of social work in colleges and universities, the principle of individualization and the principle of respecting people are the basic working principles. To establish and perfect the operation mode of social work in colleges and universities in China, three countermeasures should be taken, namely, the lack of student work in colleges and universities and the embedded development of social work in colleges and universities. Role orientation of school social workers: non-political cadres of service providers, mode of school social work: from "point arrangement" to "full participation". Finally, the paper discusses the practical significance of school social work from the development of social work specialty and the development of localization of school social work, in which school social work has theoretical accumulation. The important meaning of talent reserve and social environment identity.
