高校安防校園通系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:高校招生經(jīng)過(guò)多年擴(kuò)招之后,各高等院校在校學(xué)生人數(shù)不斷增加,校區(qū)規(guī)模也日益擴(kuò)大,在這種新的背景形勢(shì)下,如何開展好校區(qū)的管理工作是學(xué)校管理者共同面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。高校安全保衛(wèi)工作是學(xué)校日常管理工作的重要內(nèi)容,安保工作的成效直接關(guān)系到學(xué)生的人身安全,關(guān)系到高校日常教學(xué)工作能否正常開展。本文以北海職業(yè)學(xué)院為研究對(duì)象,探討如何利用信息技術(shù)手段服務(wù)于安保工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)安保從“人防”到“技防”的轉(zhuǎn)變,并最終達(dá)到營(yíng)造安全和諧校園環(huán)境的目的。 論文重點(diǎn)介紹了高校安防校園通系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),提出了基于Visual Studio平臺(tái)和SQL Sever數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),開發(fā)多層體系結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)方案。按該方案開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)共包括電源控制、移動(dòng)巡查和安防預(yù)警等三大功能模塊。電源控制模塊給出了一個(gè)電源遠(yuǎn)程控制的機(jī)制,使用戶通過(guò)傳統(tǒng)的電腦終端或移動(dòng)終端,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電源的遠(yuǎn)程控制,通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和控制,節(jié)省了人力成本,并提高了電源管理工作的效率;移動(dòng)巡查模塊面向校園安保人員提供了巡查問(wèn)題上報(bào)和處理的功能應(yīng)用,安保人員通過(guò)移動(dòng)客戶端輸入發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題信息,系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)上報(bào)至安保中心,然后由安保值班員判斷問(wèn)題的性質(zhì),并反饋問(wèn)題的處理辦法,通過(guò)該功能的應(yīng)用,使校園巡查時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題能得到及時(shí)的上報(bào)和處理,有效規(guī)避了潛在不安全因素的發(fā)生;安防預(yù)警模塊通過(guò)前端數(shù)據(jù)采集裝置,及時(shí)向安保中心發(fā)出問(wèn)題預(yù)警,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)安全隱患的及時(shí)排除和響應(yīng);論文按軟件開發(fā)生命周期,給出了各個(gè)階段的工作內(nèi)容。首先,本文介紹了課題研究背景和研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)信息采集、傳輸和Web開發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了綜述;然后基于功能需求和性能需求分析,探討了系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)思想,并給出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)方案;最后重點(diǎn)介紹了電源控制、移動(dòng)巡查、安防預(yù)警等三個(gè)功能模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,,并對(duì)測(cè)試方法進(jìn)行了介紹。 目前,該高校安防校園通系統(tǒng)已在北海職業(yè)學(xué)院正式運(yùn)行,從應(yīng)用效果來(lái)看,系統(tǒng)的使用對(duì)于提高校園安保工作效率、提升廣大師生的對(duì)安保工作的滿意度有著顯著效果。
[Abstract]:After many years of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, the number of students in various institutions of higher learning has been increasing and the scale of the campus has been expanding. Under this new situation, How to carry out the management work of the campus is a common problem faced by the school administrators. The safety and security work in colleges and universities is an important part of the daily management work of the school, and the effectiveness of the security work is directly related to the personal safety of the students. This paper, taking Beihai Vocational College as the research object, discusses how to use information technology to serve the security work and realize the change of security from "civil air defense" to "technical defense". And finally achieve the goal of creating a safe and harmonious campus environment. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the campus communication system for security protection in colleges and universities. Based on the Visual Studio platform and the SQL Sever database, the development scheme of the multi-layer architecture system is put forward. The system developed according to this scheme includes the power supply control. The power control module provides a mechanism for remote control of power supply, which enables users to realize remote control of power supply through traditional computer terminals or mobile terminals, and through remote monitoring and control. It saves the labor cost and improves the efficiency of the power management. The mobile inspection module provides the function application of reporting and handling the inspection problem for campus security personnel, and the security personnel input the problem information found through the mobile client. The system will automatically report to the security center, and then the security guard will judge the nature of the problem and feedback the solution of the problem. Through the application of this function, the problems found during the campus inspection can be reported and dealt with in a timely manner. Effectively avoid the occurrence of potential insecurity; the security early warning module through the front-end data acquisition device, timely issued to the security center early warning, to achieve the timely elimination and response to security risks; according to the software development life cycle, First of all, this paper introduces the research background and research status, and summarizes the information collection, transmission and Web development technology, and then based on the functional requirements and performance requirements analysis, This paper discusses the overall architecture of the system, and gives the network logic structure and database design scheme. Finally, the detailed design and implementation process of three functional modules, power control, mobile inspection and security warning, are introduced in detail. The test method is also introduced. At present, the security campus communication system of the university has been officially operated in Beihai Vocational College. From the application effect, the use of the system has a remarkable effect on improving the efficiency of campus security work and improving the satisfaction of teachers and students on security work.
