【摘要】：隨著高校規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大、學(xué)分制的實(shí)施和后勤社會(huì)化改革的不斷深化,高校學(xué)生住宿、管理模式發(fā)生了很大的變化,大學(xué)生社區(qū)逐步形成并不斷壯大。而大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化是我國高等教育發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的一種嶄新的文化形態(tài),是高校校園文化的重要組成部分,是一種新的區(qū)域性文化,在優(yōu)化高校德育環(huán)境、提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量方面發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。 本研究在廣泛查閱和批判借鑒已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過實(shí)地調(diào)查和深度訪談獲得第一手資料,對(duì)已有的研究成果從新的角度進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)研究成果較少的領(lǐng)域也進(jìn)行了嘗試性的探索。此研究可以為大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)提供可資借鑒的對(duì)策與措施,為高校校園文化建設(shè)提供有益的參考,為推進(jìn)高校后勤社會(huì)化改革和完善高校后勤社會(huì)化的政策和措施提供一些建設(shè)性的意見,對(duì)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化高校育人環(huán)境具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。具體來講,本文主要分為三個(gè)部分。 第一部分,在對(duì)大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化的特點(diǎn)、功能及建設(shè)的意義。此部分在對(duì)“社區(qū)”“文化”等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,探索性地提出了大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化的內(nèi)涵,即指以大學(xué)生為主體,以學(xué)生生活園區(qū)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)為主要空間,以物質(zhì)設(shè)施、管理制度、課外活動(dòng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)為主要載體,以社區(qū)精神為主要特征,學(xué)生在共同生活、學(xué)習(xí)、相互作用的過程中所形成的一種群體文化。另外分別從文化主體、文化工作、文化內(nèi)容、文化觀念、文化形式的角度對(duì)大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化具有教育塑造、身心陶冶、交流啟智、規(guī)范約束、輻射擴(kuò)散的功能。建設(shè)大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化,有利于提高大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì),有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生向“社會(huì)人”的轉(zhuǎn)變,有利于規(guī)范大學(xué)生在虛擬社區(qū)中的言行。 第二部分,首先對(duì)大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的發(fā)展與趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了回顧與展望,然后在分析了目前大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)所存在的問題。大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)面臨著高校后勤社會(huì)化改革、社區(qū)主體的更替、虛擬社區(qū)的發(fā)展等帶來的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),并且存在著諸多問題,主要表現(xiàn)在硬件建設(shè)有待加強(qiáng)、社區(qū)管理有待完善、社區(qū)文化氛圍缺失、服務(wù)質(zhì)量有待提高以及虛擬社區(qū)缺乏監(jiān)管幾個(gè)方面。 第三部分,首先分析了大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的理念和原則,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的幾點(diǎn)措施。建設(shè)大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化可以從下面這幾個(gè)方面著手,即正面引導(dǎo),用先進(jìn)文化引領(lǐng)大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)；以人為本,調(diào)動(dòng)大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)主體的主動(dòng)性；全面規(guī)劃,完善大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的載體；健全機(jī)制,營(yíng)造有利于大學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的環(huán)體；與時(shí)俱進(jìn),規(guī)范大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬社區(qū)文化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities, the implementation of the credit system and the continuous deepening of the reform of the socialization of logistics, great changes have taken place in the mode of accommodation and management of college students. The community of college students is gradually formed and strengthened, and the community culture of college students is a new cultural form in the course of the development of higher education in China, an important part of campus culture in colleges and universities, and a new regional culture. It plays an extremely important role in optimizing the moral education environment and improving the quality of personnel training. Based on the extensive reference and criticism of the existing research results, this study obtains first-hand information through field investigations and in-depth interviews, and analyzes the existing research results from a new perspective. This study can provide the countermeasures and measures for the construction of college students' community culture, and provide a useful reference for the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities. In order to promote the reform of university logistics socialization and improve the policies and measures of university logistics socialization, it is of great practical significance to further optimize the educational environment of colleges and universities. Specifically, this paper is divided into three parts. The first part, on the basis of defining the related concepts of college students' community culture, analyzes the characteristics of college students' community culture. Based on the analysis of the related concepts such as "community" and "culture", this part puts forward the connotation of college students' community culture, which refers to the college students as the main body. Students live and study together with the main space of student life park and network community, with material facilities, management system, extracurricular activities, network platform as the main carrier, community spirit as the main characteristic, In addition, from the perspective of cultural subject, cultural work, cultural content, cultural concept and cultural form, the characteristics of college students' community culture are analyzed. It is believed that the community culture of college students has the functions of education, mental and physical edification, exchange of wisdom, standardization and restriction, and radiation diffusion. The construction of community culture of college students is beneficial to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of college students. It is helpful to realize the transformation from college students to social people and to standardize their words and deeds in virtual community. In the second part, the author reviews and prospects the development and trend of college students' community culture construction, and then analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by college students' community culture construction. This paper probes into the problems existing in the construction of college students' community culture. The construction of college students' community culture is faced with the opportunities and challenges brought by the socialization reform of university logistics, the replacement of community subjects, the development of virtual communities, and so on, and there are many problems. The main performance is that the hardware construction needs to be strengthened, the community management needs to be improved, the community culture atmosphere is lacking, the service quality needs to be improved, and the virtual community lacks supervision. In the third part, the author first analyzes the ideas and principles that should be adhered to in the construction of college students' community culture, and then puts forward some measures for the construction of university students' community culture. That is, positive guidance, using advanced culture to lead the construction of college students' community culture; people-oriented, mobilize the initiative of the main body of college students' community culture construction; overall planning, improve the carrier of college students' community culture construction; perfect the mechanism, It is beneficial to the construction of college students' community culture, to keep pace with the times, and to standardize the construction of the virtual community culture of college students.
