【摘要】：專利許可行為代表著知識(shí)流動(dòng),通過分析專利許可網(wǎng)絡(luò)來評(píng)價(jià)985高校知識(shí)流動(dòng)能力,構(gòu)建985高校的發(fā)明授權(quán)率-許可率二維矩陣,并對(duì)這些高校的整體和個(gè)體知識(shí)流動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行分析。研究表明:工科類高校比綜合類高校知識(shí)流動(dòng)能力更強(qiáng);在所有985高校中,西安交通大學(xué)和天津大學(xué)的知識(shí)流動(dòng)能力最強(qiáng);專利許可數(shù)量與知識(shí)流動(dòng)廣度有正相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:The behavior of patent license represents the flow of knowledge. By analyzing the network of patent licensing, this paper evaluates the knowledge flow ability of 985 colleges and universities, and constructs the two dimensional matrix of invention authorization rate and license rate of 985 colleges and universities. The research shows that the knowledge flow ability of engineering universities is stronger than that of comprehensive universities, and that of all the 985 universities, Xi'an Jiaotong University and Tianjin University have the strongest knowledge flow ability. There is a positive correlation between the number of patent licenses and the breadth of knowledge flow.
