【摘要】：社會(huì)主義協(xié)商民主具有重大的政治與社會(huì)意義。它是我國社會(huì)主義民主政治的特有形式和獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢,是黨的群眾路線在政治領(lǐng)域的重要體現(xiàn)。高校是我國的人才高地,應(yīng)認(rèn)真研究和積極落實(shí)這一重大政治戰(zhàn)略要求,以教代會(huì)為依托豐富發(fā)展各種協(xié)商民主形式,以"抓鐵有痕"的精神,認(rèn)真建立完善各種相關(guān)的科學(xué)制度與程序。以貫徹黨的群眾路線的高度政治責(zé)任感,把協(xié)商民主扎扎實(shí)實(shí)地開展起來,取得實(shí)效。通過大力推進(jìn)民主協(xié)商,把高校社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)與高校發(fā)展提高到一個(gè)新水平。
[Abstract]:Socialist deliberative democracy is of great political and social significance. It is the unique form and unique advantage of socialist democratic politics in China. It is an important embodiment of the Party's mass line in the political field. Colleges and universities are the highlands of talents in our country. We should earnestly study and actively implement this important political strategic requirement and develop various forms of consultation and democracy based on the educational representative meeting. In the spirit of "grasping iron with traces," we should conscientiously establish and perfect various relevant scientific systems and procedures, carry out the party's high political responsibility in the mass line, and develop consultation democracy in a down-to-earth manner. Through vigorously promoting democratic consultation, we can raise the construction of socialist democratic politics and the development of colleges and universities to a new level.
