【摘要】：華中科技大學(xué)院校發(fā)展研究中心基于阿斯汀的"I-E-O模型"及汀托"學(xué)生成功的院校行動(dòng)模型",主持開發(fā)了"本科生學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展調(diào)查"。該調(diào)查以阿斯汀的"I-E-O模型"為主體框架,將該模型中的"環(huán)境"指標(biāo)細(xì)化為汀托"學(xué)生成功的院校行動(dòng)模型"的四個(gè)要素——學(xué)業(yè)期望值、學(xué)校支持度、考核與反饋、學(xué)生投入度。通過內(nèi)部一致性信度系數(shù)、探索性因子分析及相關(guān)分析,對(duì)問卷的信度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度及效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度進(jìn)行了初步檢驗(yàn)。檢驗(yàn)表明,"本科生學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展調(diào)查"問卷具有良好的信效度,是我國院校研究國際化和本土化實(shí)踐的積極探索。
[Abstract]:The Center for College Development of Huazhong University of Science and Technology is based on Astin's I-E-O Model and Tinto's Model of successful College Action. Moderated the development of the undergraduate Learning and Development Survey, which is based on the "I-E-O Model" of Astin. The "environment" index in this model is refined into four elements of "the successful College Action Model of students"-academic expectation, school support, assessment and feedback. Through internal consistency reliability coefficient exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis the reliability structure validity and correlation validity of the questionnaire were preliminarily tested. The questionnaire of undergraduate Learning and Development has good reliability and validity, which is an active exploration of internationalization and localization of research in colleges and universities in China.
