構(gòu)建高校和諧師生關(guān)系的問題研究

【摘要】:在教學的過程中,師生關(guān)系作為最基礎的關(guān)系不僅起到了紐帶的作用還影響到教師的教學質(zhì)量以及學生的學習質(zhì)量。以前研究師生關(guān)系大部分都在中小學、或是以心理關(guān)系、社會關(guān)系等進行研究,很少有對現(xiàn)如今大學師生關(guān)系用馬克思主義理論進行剖析。大學中擁有和諧的師生關(guān)系對于構(gòu)建校園和諧是一種基礎,對于構(gòu)建整個社會和諧也是一種促進。 本文是由四部分構(gòu)成:第一部分為緒論,是對相關(guān)概念進行界定并為本文打好理論基礎,指明寫作意義。第二部分是提出構(gòu)建大學和諧師生關(guān)系的原則,構(gòu)建和諧師生關(guān)系的要素以及和諧的師生關(guān)系式目標。第三部分是高校師生之間存在的問題和分析問題存在的原因。首先闡釋了大學和諧師生關(guān)系存在的問題,如師生地位失衡化、溝通缺失化、感情疏淡化、交往功利化、沖突趨多化。其次再把原因從社會的角度、學校的角度、學生的角度、教師的角度分別分析,使得下一章從根本上去解決問題。第四章講則針對第三章研究的問題及原因,然后提出實現(xiàn)高校和諧師生關(guān)系的具體途徑。
[Abstract]:In the process of teaching, the teacher-student relationship, as the most basic relationship, not only plays a role as a link, but also affects the quality of teaching and learning of teachers and students. In the past, most of the research on teacher-student relationship is in primary and secondary schools. Or the psychological relationship, social relations and other research, very few of the present university teacher-student relationship with Marxist theory to analyze. The university has a harmonious teacher-student relationship for the construction of campus harmony is a basis. To construct the whole society harmonious also is one kind of promotion. This paper is composed of four parts: the first part is the introduction, is to define the relevant concepts and lay a good theoretical basis for this article, pointing out the significance of writing. The second part is to put forward the principles of building a harmonious teacher-student relationship in universities. The third part is the problems between teachers and students in colleges and universities and the analysis of the causes of the problems. Firstly, it explains the problems existing in the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in universities. Such as the imbalance of the status of teachers and students, lack of communication, desalination of feelings, utilitarianism of communication, increasing conflict. Secondly, the reasons from the perspective of society, school, students and teachers are analyzed separately. So that the next chapter from the root to solve the problem. Chapter 4th is based on the third chapter of the study of the problems and reasons, and then proposed to achieve a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities specific ways.
