【摘要】：塞格利曼等學(xué)者所倡導(dǎo)的積極心理學(xué)是一種關(guān)心人自身所具有的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)和美好心靈的心理學(xué)。積極心理學(xué)這一理念為高校的心理健康教育提供了全新的視角，將關(guān)注點(diǎn)從傳統(tǒng)的“問題模式”逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)W(xué)生積極力量和潛能的挖掘，而對大學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)正是積極心理健康教育的核心內(nèi)容。大學(xué)階段正是一個人從青春期向成年期轉(zhuǎn)變的重要時期，，是個體發(fā)展個性、穩(wěn)定性格的關(guān)鍵時期，因此對大學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)的研究有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義，加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，不僅能夠增強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生心理問題的積極預(yù)防，而且真誠、熱情、自信、樂觀等積極的心理品質(zhì)還能夠使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)生活中保持良好的心態(tài)，也能夠幫助學(xué)生能更好的應(yīng)對激烈的社會競爭壓力。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究、問卷調(diào)查的研究方法，首先對調(diào)查問卷中所反映出的大學(xué)生心理品質(zhì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究，對比分析了性別差異、專業(yè)差異以及獨(dú)生子女情況對大學(xué)生各項(xiàng)積極心理品質(zhì)的影響，結(jié)果顯示：大學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)總體發(fā)展較好，但一些具體品質(zhì)下學(xué)生的性別、專業(yè)、獨(dú)生子女情況等因素的影響非常顯著，包括認(rèn)知品質(zhì)中創(chuàng)造力出現(xiàn)明顯專業(yè)差異，獨(dú)生子女的情感品質(zhì)發(fā)展優(yōu)于非獨(dú)生子女，男生的勇敢堅(jiān)持與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力品質(zhì)優(yōu)于女生以及大學(xué)生整體審慎與自制品質(zhì)有待提高。 然后，作者針對問卷中顯示的問題進(jìn)行原因分析，從學(xué)校教育、家庭教育、社會支持以及學(xué)生自身的主觀因素等方面具體分析了各項(xiàng)顯著差異產(chǎn)生的原因。 最后，作者根據(jù)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)發(fā)展問題的原因，從個人自身因素、社會家庭的支持、學(xué)校的疏導(dǎo)作用三大方面提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對對策和建議。提出要構(gòu)建一個以學(xué)生為主體，學(xué)校為主導(dǎo)，師生家長全員參與，學(xué)校、家庭和社會齊抓共管，全面提高學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)、充分開發(fā)潛能的支持體系。
[Abstract]:The positive psychology advocated by Seagliman and other scholars is a kind of psychology which cares about the excellent quality and the beautiful mind of the person itself. The concept of positive psychology provides a new angle of view for the psychological health education in colleges and universities. The focus of attention from the traditional "problem mode" gradually shifted to the exploration of students' positive power and potential. The cultivation of positive psychological quality of college students is the core content of positive mental health education. The university stage is an important period of a person's transition from adolescence to adulthood, is the individual development of personality. Therefore, the study on the positive psychological quality of college students is of far-reaching significance. To strengthen the cultivation of students' positive psychological quality can not only enhance the positive prevention of psychological problems of college students. Moreover, positive psychological qualities such as sincerity, enthusiasm, self-confidence and optimism can help students to maintain a good attitude in their study and life, and also to help students cope with the fierce social competition pressure. This article uses the literature research, the questionnaire research method, first of all, carries on the research to the university student psychological quality development present situation which reflected in the questionnaire, has compared and analyzed the gender difference. The result shows that the positive psychological quality of college students generally develops well, but under some specific qualities, the students' gender and specialty. Factors such as the situation of the only child are very significant, including significant differences in creativity in cognitive quality, the development of emotional quality of the only child is better than that of the non-only child. The bravery persistence and leadership quality of boys are superior to those of girls, and the overall prudence and self-control qualities of college students need to be improved. Then, the author analyzes the causes of the problems in the questionnaire, and analyzes the causes of the significant differences from the aspects of school education, family education, social support and subjective factors of students themselves. Finally, the author according to the causes of the development of contemporary college students' positive psychological quality, from the personal factors, social and family support. The author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in three aspects of the guidance of the school, and puts forward the construction of a student-oriented, school-based, teacher-student and parent-full participation, school, family and society together. Comprehensive improvement of students' psychological quality, the full development of potential support system.
