【摘要】：隨著中國高等教育改革發(fā)展的不斷深入，提高高等教育質(zhì)量尤其是提高本科教育質(zhì)量已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。多年來，北京高校結(jié)合自身的辦學(xué)條件以及國家發(fā)展的需要，提出了以提升本科教育質(zhì)量為重點的辦學(xué)思路和發(fā)展措施，經(jīng)過多年建設(shè)發(fā)展，北京高校的本科教育質(zhì)量有了很大提高，為北京的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展做出了應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)。 本文在簡要介紹了北京高校本科教育的基本現(xiàn)狀后，按照教育理念I(lǐng)（Ideal）、目標(biāo)T（Target）、措施M（Measure）、結(jié)果R（Result）的邏輯分析路線，對北京市8所“985工程”院校、10所“211工程”院校以及10所非“985”和“211”院校的同類院校本科教育進(jìn)行了分析比較，，找出了北京同類本科院校本科教育的相同之處和差異之點，并進(jìn)行了異同的成因分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了提升985院校和211院校本科教育質(zhì)量的加強(qiáng)師資隊伍建設(shè)、發(fā)展特色和優(yōu)勢學(xué)科、促進(jìn)國際交流與合作等的啟示，以及提升非985和211院校本科教育質(zhì)量的完善本科應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制、創(chuàng)新本科應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式的啟示。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform and development of higher education in China, it is urgent to improve the quality of higher education, especially the quality of undergraduate education. In combination with its own conditions and the needs of national development, Beijing colleges and universities put forward the ideas and development measures to improve the quality of undergraduate education, after many years of construction and development. The quality of undergraduate education in colleges and universities in Beijing has been greatly improved, which has made due contribution to the economic and social development of Beijing. After a brief introduction of the basic situation of undergraduate education in Beijing, this paper, according to the concept of education, aims at target, measures. Results the logical analysis route of RGR Resultwas applied to 8 "985 engineering" colleges in Beijing. The undergraduate education of 10 "211 project" colleges and 10 non-" 985 "and" 211 "colleges are analyzed and compared. This paper finds out the similarities and differences of the undergraduate education of the similar universities in Beijing, and analyzes the causes of the similarities and differences. The enlightenment of improving the quality of undergraduate education in 985 colleges and 211 colleges is put forward, such as strengthening the construction of teaching staff, developing characteristic and advantage subjects, and promoting international exchange and cooperation. And the enlightenment of improving the quality of undergraduate education in non-985 and 211 colleges and improving the mechanism of undergraduate applied talents training and innovating the mode of undergraduate applied talents training.
