【摘要】:大學(xué)生是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)、民族的希望,是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的接班人,他們的人格是否健全直接關(guān)系到中華民族的偉大復(fù)興能否順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。受到社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的諸多影響,大學(xué)生的人格發(fā)生了變化,出現(xiàn)了很多人格問(wèn)題,造成了一些悲劇的發(fā)生,讓人深感痛心。因此,在新的歷史背景下,如何培育與提升大學(xué)生的人格,是高校思想政治教育的一個(gè)不可缺失的組成部分,是值得我們進(jìn)行深入研究的。本文共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分,社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型與大學(xué)生健全人格概述。對(duì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型與大學(xué)生健全人格相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行闡述,并確定本文的研究范圍。第二部分,社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期培育與提升大學(xué)生健全人格的必要性和可能性。社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期進(jìn)行大學(xué)生健全人格的培育有利于應(yīng)對(duì)人格危機(jī);有利于國(guó)家的發(fā)展;有利于高等教育的完善和大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。黨和政府為大學(xué)生健全人格的培育與提升提供了政策支持和物質(zhì)保障;社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型提供了新的發(fā)展動(dòng)力。第三部分,社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生人格存在的問(wèn)題及原因分析。在總結(jié)真實(shí)案例和調(diào)查報(bào)告的基礎(chǔ)上,得出大學(xué)生在人格方面存在的問(wèn)題,并從社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校和大學(xué)生自身方面分析出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的原因。第四部分,社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生健全人格的培育與提升的措施。首先,闡明了應(yīng)該遵循的原則,包括以人為本的原則、理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的原則、整體優(yōu)化的原則;其次,著力從社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校、等外力方面進(jìn)行大學(xué)生健全人格的培育與提升。社會(huì)為大學(xué)生健全人格的培育提供了良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境、發(fā)揮家庭對(duì)大學(xué)生人格培育與提升的基礎(chǔ)作用、突出學(xué)校對(duì)大學(xué)生健全人格培育與提升的關(guān)鍵作用。最后,注重大學(xué)生自我人格的矯正與提升。第一,注重思想品德的自我修煉與提升。第二,注重法治思維的強(qiáng)化與實(shí)行。第三,注重自信心的內(nèi)煉與外行。第四,注重社會(huì)責(zé)任感的反思與踐行。第五,注重自控能力的的提高。第六,注重保持積極的人生態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:College students are the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation, and the successor to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Whether their personality is sound or not is directly related to whether the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation can be realized smoothly. Under the influence of social transformation, the personality of college students has changed and many personality problems have appeared. Therefore, under the new historical background, how to cultivate and promote the personality of college students is an indispensable part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the overview of social transformation and college students' sound personality. The related concepts of social transformation and college students' sound personality are expounded. The second part is the necessity and possibility of cultivating and promoting the sound personality of college students in the period of social transformation. Beneficial to the development of the country; It is beneficial to the improvement of higher education and the all-round development of college students. The Party and the government provide policy support and material guarantee for the cultivation and promotion of college students' sound personality. Social transformation provides a new impetus for development. The third part analyzes the problems and causes of college students' personality in the period of social transformation. On the basis of summing up the real cases and the investigation report. The author concludes the personality problems of college students, and analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of society, family, school and college students themselves. Part 4th. The measures to cultivate and promote the sound personality of college students in the period of social transformation. Firstly, the paper expounds the principles to be followed, including the principle of people-oriented, the principle of combining theory with practice, and the principle of overall optimization. Secondly, from the social, family, school, and other external forces to cultivate and promote the sound personality of college students. Society provides a good social environment for the cultivation of sound personality of college students. Give play to the basic role of family in the cultivation and promotion of college students' personality, and highlight the key role of schools in the cultivation and promotion of sound personality of college students. Finally, pay attention to the correction and promotion of college students' self-personality. First. Pay attention to the self-cultivation and promotion of ideological and moral character. Second, pay attention to the strengthening and implementation of the thinking of the rule of law. Third, pay attention to the introspection and practice of self-confidence. 4th, pay attention to the reflection and practice of social responsibility. 5th. Focus on the improvement of self-control ability. 6th, pay attention to maintain a positive attitude towards life.
