【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈化、多元化、高效化發(fā)展,高校發(fā)展也面臨著前所未有的壓力,整體的體制改革勢(shì)在必行。與此同時(shí),高校學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)和身心特點(diǎn)也隨之變化,這就對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提出了更高的要求,更加需要多方面能力兼具的高校輔導(dǎo)員。這不僅關(guān)系到高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的整體質(zhì)量,更加關(guān)系到高校所培養(yǎng)人才的素質(zhì)和身心健康。而輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)情感和工作態(tài)度,又很大程度上影響著學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展、未來(lái)成就,也決定著學(xué)校工作整體的運(yùn)作效率。因而,高校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)倦怠問(wèn)題,越來(lái)越引起社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。 我國(guó)部分高校因輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍管理不善,存在嚴(yán)重的輔導(dǎo)員人才流失現(xiàn)象,這對(duì)高校的整個(gè)教學(xué)管理工作都會(huì)造成一定的損失。但另一方面,我國(guó)對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員的工作厭倦情緒與心理健康研究已取得階段性進(jìn)展,并在一些學(xué)者的呼吁下,關(guān)心輔導(dǎo)員心理健康的觀念已在社會(huì)各界取得了一定共識(shí)。本論文從大連市各高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀入手,結(jié)合高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的特點(diǎn)及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、高校輔導(dǎo)員的的社會(huì)歷史地位、工作特點(diǎn)等,進(jìn)行了一系列問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和實(shí)證分析,并根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果,從學(xué)校體系加強(qiáng)組織引導(dǎo)、提高高校輔導(dǎo)員自身的心理適應(yīng)能力、加強(qiáng)教師心理健康方面的疏導(dǎo)、更新價(jià)值觀念等方面提出了高校輔導(dǎo)員克服職業(yè)倦怠的若干對(duì)策,為高校輔導(dǎo)員的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究提供了實(shí)證性依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the fierce social competition, diversification, efficient development, the development of colleges and universities is also facing the hitherto unknown pressure, it is imperative to reform the whole. At the same time, the overall quality of College Students' physical and mental characteristics and changes of the college counselors team construction put forward higher requirements, with many more in need of college counselors the ability of the overall quality. This is not only related to the construction of college counselors team in Colleges and universities, more related to the quality of personnel training and physical and mental health. And their occupation emotion and work attitude, and has great influence on the students' physical and mental development, the future achievements, but also determines the overall efficiency of the operation of school work. Therefore, occupation burnout of college counselors, more and more attention from all walks of life.
Part of the college counselors in China due to poor management, the existence of the phenomenon of serious loss of talent for university counselors, the teaching management will cause some loss. But on the other hand, for China's university counselors work tired of the emotional and mental health research has made progress, and some scholars call under the concept of psychological health care in the community has achieved some consensus. This paper from the status quo of Dalian city occupation burnout of college counselors, combined with the characteristics and development status of the work of college counselors, social and historical status of college counselors, job characteristics, conducted a questionnaire survey and a series of empirical analysis, and according to the empirical results, strengthen the organization and guidance from the school system, improve college counselors' psychological adaptability, strengthen teachers' psychological health guidance, price update Some countermeasures are put forward for college counselors to overcome their job burnout, which provide an empirical basis for the research of the team building of college counselors.
