【摘要】：高校思想政治理論課作為大學(xué)生思想政治教育和德育教育的主陣地和主渠道，對(duì)提高大學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì)和德育品質(zhì)具有重要的影響作用。而高校思想政治理論課教師是高校思想政治教育工作和德育工作的具體執(zhí)行者和實(shí)施者，在思想政治理論課教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)中起主導(dǎo)作用，對(duì)改善思想政治理論課教學(xué)情況，提高針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治理論課的教育目的具有重要的意義。隨著高校思想政治理論課新課程的實(shí)施，課程門類和課程數(shù)都發(fā)生了改變。課程的實(shí)施效果關(guān)鍵在于思想政治理論課教師，在于教師的各方面素質(zhì)的協(xié)調(diào)配合。 高校思想政治理論課教師的心理素質(zhì)作為素質(zhì)的核心部分，在素質(zhì)中起主導(dǎo)作用，對(duì)其他素質(zhì)的發(fā)展起著推動(dòng)作用。高校思想政治理論課教師培養(yǎng)良好的心理素質(zhì)有助于緩解心理壓力、提升心理健康水平，有助于個(gè)體潛能的開(kāi)發(fā)和挖掘，有助于提升思想政治理論課和思想政治教育工作的效果，有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健康的心理水平。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分。 第一部分為引言部分，主要介紹選題依據(jù)和選題意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和研究方法以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。 第二章介紹高校思想政治理論課教師的角色定位及具備的心理素質(zhì)。通過(guò)定位明確高校思想政治理論課教師是理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)者、黨的路線方針政策的宣講者、社會(huì)政治和道德規(guī)范的示范者和大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的指導(dǎo)者和引路人。明確高校思想政治理論課教師在認(rèn)知能力、個(gè)性品質(zhì)和適應(yīng)能力這三個(gè)方面應(yīng)具備良好的心理素質(zhì)。 第三章介紹高校思想政治理論課教師的心理素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀，，通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的分析明確導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)狀形成的影響因素。 第四章闡述高校思想政治理論課教師心理素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)和原則。闡明思想政治理論課教師心理素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為：優(yōu)化思想政治理論課教師的心理素質(zhì)；預(yù)防心理疾病，增進(jìn)心理健康水平；提高心理機(jī)能，開(kāi)發(fā)心理潛能。在培養(yǎng)的過(guò)程中應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持整體性、主動(dòng)發(fā)展、實(shí)踐性和差異性的原則。 第五章為全文的重點(diǎn)，結(jié)合積極心理學(xué)有關(guān)知識(shí)，論述思想政治理論課教師的心理素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)。從積極心理學(xué)積極的人格、積極的情緒和積極的社會(huì)組織三個(gè)角度來(lái)培養(yǎng)思想政治理論課教師良好心理素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:As the main position and main channel of ideological and political education and moral education for college students , the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities plays an important role in improving the ideological and political quality and moral quality of college students . The psychological quality of the teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities plays a leading role in the quality and plays a leading role in the development of other qualities . The training of teachers in the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities can help to relieve psychological stress , improve the level of mental health , help the development and excavation of individual potential , help to improve the effect of ideological and political theory and ideological and political education , and help to cultivate the psychological level of students ' health . This paper is divided into five parts . The first part is divided into the introduction part , mainly introduces the choice of topic basis and the topic meaning , the domestic and foreign research present situation , the research thinking and the research method as well as the innovation points and difficulties . The second chapter introduces the role and the psychological quality of the teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities . Through the localization , the teachers of the ideological and political theory in colleges and universities are the learners of theoretical knowledge , the authors of the Party ' s line policies , the norms of social politics and morality , and the guiding persons of the healthy growth of college students . The third chapter introduces the present situation of the teachers ' psychological quality in the ideological and political theory course of the university . Through the analysis of the present situation , it makes clear the influencing factors of the present situation . The fourth chapter expounds the aims and principles of the cultivation of the teachers ' psychological quality in the ideological and political theory course of the university . The aim of this paper is to optimize the psychological quality of the teachers in the ideological and political theory course , to prevent the psychological diseases , to improve the psychological health level , to improve the psychological function and to develop the psychological potential . The fifth chapter focuses on the full text , combines the knowledge of active psychology , discusses the cultivation of the teachers ' psychological quality in the ideological and political theory course , and develops the good psychological quality of the ideological and political theory course from three aspects of positive psychology , positive personality , positive emotion and positive social organization .
