【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代教育理念的深入,高等院校(以下簡(jiǎn)稱高校)已不再是一個(gè)封閉與獨(dú)立的社會(huì)單元,而成為一個(gè)與周邊環(huán)境密切相關(guān)的開放系統(tǒng)。高校周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)作為高校周邊環(huán)境中最活躍的因素之一,已然成為高校發(fā)展中不可缺少的要素,滿足了高校師生的生活需求,為高校健康和諧發(fā)展提供良好的外部環(huán)境。與此同時(shí),高校為周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)帶來穩(wěn)定且數(shù)量龐大的消費(fèi)群體,刺激、拉動(dòng)了周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)的發(fā)展和壯大。把高校與周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)的發(fā)展緊密聯(lián)系起來,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙方互動(dòng)發(fā)展,是我們面臨的一個(gè)新課題。 為了進(jìn)一步了解高校與周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)雙向互動(dòng)的需求,以便更好地整合雙方的資源,本文從教育管理學(xué)和教育社會(huì)學(xué)的領(lǐng)域?qū)ξ覈?guó)高校與周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)互動(dòng)關(guān)系這一前瞻性問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。通過互動(dòng)理論、沖突理論、結(jié)構(gòu)功能理論和公共關(guān)系理論來探討高校與周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)互動(dòng)的理論基礎(chǔ),并在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了雙方存在互動(dòng)的必要性;诎咐治鰧(duì)高校與周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)互動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了掃描,分析了兩者互動(dòng)發(fā)展帶來的效應(yīng),在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了高校與周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)互動(dòng)中存在的問題及原因,針對(duì)既存問題,從高等教育管理學(xué)和高等教育社會(huì)學(xué)角度提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議,提出推進(jìn)兩者良性互動(dòng)發(fā)展的新思路,, 本文認(rèn)為高校與周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)是兩個(gè)價(jià)值觀和信念存在差異的異質(zhì)性社會(huì)團(tuán)體,必然存在不可避免的矛盾沖突;高校與周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)存在互動(dòng)關(guān)系的根本動(dòng)力在于兩者之間存在著可以相互利用的資源來滿足各自的利益需求,正是基于不同層級(jí)需求的利益基礎(chǔ)推動(dòng)了兩者互動(dòng)關(guān)系的發(fā)展;本文研究可以為南京市大學(xué)城的發(fā)展提供理論支持,改善大學(xué)城內(nèi)各高校與周邊商業(yè)社區(qū)的關(guān)系,促進(jìn)南京大學(xué)城發(fā)展的同時(shí),帶動(dòng)南京市經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of China's economy and the deepening of the concept of modern education, colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as college) is no longer a closed and independent unit of the society, and become a closely related with the surrounding environment of the open system. Business community surrounding universities is one of the most active factors in the surrounding environment, has become a factor indispensable in the development of colleges, college teachers and students meet the needs of life, provide a good external environment for the healthy and harmonious development. At the same time, colleges and universities to bring stability and a large number of consumer groups, for the surrounding business community stimulation, stimulating the development and growth of the surrounding commercial community. The development of Commercial College and the surrounding community closer together the two sides, realize the interactive development, is a new topic for us.
In order to further understand the interaction between universities and the surrounding business community needs to better integrate the resources of both parties, this paper made a systematic study of the relationship between the University and the surrounding commercial community interaction in our country the prospective problems from the field of educational administration and educational sociology. Through interaction theory, conflict theory, structure theory and public function the relationship between theory to discuss the interaction with the surrounding business community theory, and elaborated on the basis of the necessity of the existence of interaction. Case analysis on the relationship between the University and the surrounding business community interaction were analyzed by scanning based on the analysis of effects of interaction development, based on the analysis of the existing problems and the causes of interaction between the business community colleges and universities in the periphery, aiming at the problems existing in the management of higher education, higher education and the society put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions provided perspective. New ideas to promote both the benign and interactive development of the two.
The business community college and the surrounding is the faith and the two value differences between heterogeneous social groups, there must be inevitable conflict; business community college and the surrounding existence can make use of the resources to meet the needs of their own interests is the fundamental power of interactive relationship between the two, it is based on the basic requirements of different interests the level to promote development of the interactive relationship between them; to provide theoretical support for this study development of Nanjing University City, University City Colleges and universities to improve relations with the surrounding business community, promote the Nanjing University city development at the same time, promote Nanjing economic, cultural progress.
