【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家相關(guān)教育政策的出臺(tái)，全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量、人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和科學(xué)研究水平成為我國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。高等學(xué)校教育評(píng)估對(duì)于審視檢驗(yàn)高等學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)工作，促進(jìn)高等學(xué)校教育改革與發(fā)展有著不可忽視的重要作用。大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)作為高等學(xué)校教育評(píng)估中外部社會(huì)評(píng)估的一種，也愈來(lái)愈引起學(xué)校、教育行政部門(mén)和社會(huì)各方的重視。然而，目前我國(guó)大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)及師范類(lèi)大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)中存在一個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題，即跨越高等學(xué)校的多樣性、復(fù)雜性的客觀特征，采用“一刀切”式的統(tǒng)一指標(biāo)體系對(duì)所有大學(xué)進(jìn)行排名，由此產(chǎn)生的種種消極影響不容忽視。 基于此，研究從問(wèn)題視角出發(fā)，采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、歷史分析法和比較研究法，探尋當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)綜合評(píng)價(jià)中存在的諸多問(wèn)題，以分類(lèi)評(píng)價(jià)為手段，以師范類(lèi)大學(xué)為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象，以高等師范院校評(píng)估內(nèi)容為參考，以國(guó)際大學(xué)分類(lèi)評(píng)價(jià)為借鑒，旨在為我國(guó)師范類(lèi)大學(xué)綜合評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容體系的構(gòu)建提供有效的參考。 研究首先對(duì)主要概念做出界定及內(nèi)涵闡釋?zhuān)槍?duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)有大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容演變及指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行梳理、對(duì)比及分析，，探究現(xiàn)行大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)存在的主要問(wèn)題，并對(duì)師范類(lèi)大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容體系的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行必要性與可行性維度的分析。在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上，論述師范類(lèi)大學(xué)綜合評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容體系構(gòu)建的理論依據(jù)、原則及價(jià)值取向，提出師范類(lèi)大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容體系中不可或缺的指標(biāo)內(nèi)容及依據(jù)，為今后的研究提供參考與借鑒。文末，筆者對(duì)本研究中的結(jié)論進(jìn)行梳理，指出其中尚存的不足之處，并對(duì)將來(lái)該領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究方向提出期望。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of relevant national educational policies, the quality of higher education will be improved in an all-round way. The quality of talent training and the level of scientific research have become the top priority for the development of higher education in China. It is important to promote the reform and development of higher education. As a kind of external social evaluation, university evaluation is becoming more and more important in colleges and universities. However, at present, there is an urgent problem in the evaluation of universities and normal universities in China, that is, the objective characteristics of the diversity and complexity of universities and colleges. All universities are ranked by a one-size-fits-all index system, and the negative effects can not be ignored. Based on this, the study from the perspective of the problem, using the method of literature, historical analysis and comparative research, to explore the existing problems in the comprehensive evaluation of universities in China, with the classification of evaluation as a means. Taking the normal university as the evaluation object, the evaluation content of the normal university as the reference, and the international university classification evaluation as the reference, the purpose of this paper is to provide an effective reference for the construction of the comprehensive evaluation content system of the normal university in our country. The study firstly defines the main concepts and explains the connotation, combs, compares and analyzes the content evolution and index system of the existing university evaluation activities in China, and explores the main problems existing in the current university evaluation. On the basis of the above research, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of the construction of the comprehensive evaluation content system of normal universities. Principle and value orientation, put forward the indispensable index content and basis in the evaluation content system of normal university, and provide reference and reference for future research. At the end of this paper, the author sorts out the conclusion of this research. The remaining shortcomings are pointed out, and the future research directions in this field are expected.
