【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì)對(duì)高素質(zhì)、新型人才的需求給教育系統(tǒng)提出了新的要求和挑戰(zhàn)。高師院,F(xiàn)有的教學(xué)技能培訓(xùn)方式日漸不能滿足基礎(chǔ)教育新課程改革、教師教育新課程、頂崗實(shí)習(xí)支教和學(xué)科教學(xué)論課程的需求。如何充實(shí)現(xiàn)有高師職前教師教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練模式,探究新的訓(xùn)練模式是高等教育工作者熱切關(guān)注的科學(xué)研究熱點(diǎn)。首先,本文對(duì)教學(xué)技能、課例研究及二者相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了概述。從不同角度闡述了教學(xué)技能和課例研究的概念,凝練出二者的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了教學(xué)技能的類型,厘清了教學(xué)技能的訓(xùn)練對(duì)象,并分析了教學(xué)技能的重要性。然后,本文采用問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)高師職前教師教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了抽樣調(diào)查,分別從教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練形式、課程設(shè)置、訓(xùn)練時(shí)間、內(nèi)容需求等級(jí)以及技能訓(xùn)練的“整分”方式五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行結(jié)果分析,得出“課程內(nèi)容設(shè)置基本完備,教學(xué)理論和實(shí)踐結(jié)合;訓(xùn)練時(shí)間較為合理,力度有待加強(qiáng);訓(xùn)練形式相對(duì)單一,訓(xùn)練平臺(tái)有待增設(shè);訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容需求多元,新型模式亟待開發(fā);訓(xùn)練多以分散的專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練為主,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)綜合的整體訓(xùn)練”調(diào)查結(jié)論,進(jìn)而提出“課例研究”訓(xùn)練模式的高師職前教師教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練新思路。隨后,利用提出問題并回答的形式闡釋了“課例研究”的具體內(nèi)容。并描述了引入“課例研究”作為職前教師教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練的新模式,呈現(xiàn)該模式的設(shè)計(jì)歷程、操作流程和具體內(nèi)容。接著,本文以河北師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院2012級(jí)職前教師為研究對(duì)象,詳細(xì)記錄了“課例研究”訓(xùn)練模式的實(shí)踐歷程,介紹了“課例研究”訓(xùn)練模式前期組建環(huán)節(jié)中參與人員的確定、學(xué)生參與動(dòng)員、訓(xùn)練共同體的組建、訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容的確定、課例研究的踐行過程、與一線教師面對(duì)面、撰寫課例研究報(bào)告以及課例展示大賽的舉行。最后,本文從實(shí)踐的過程性成果呈現(xiàn)和采用問卷形式對(duì)實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,其中,從文字材料類、論文發(fā)表類以及視頻影像類描述了課例研究實(shí)踐的過程性成果。從訓(xùn)練占用的課余時(shí)間、綜合技能的訓(xùn)練程度、整體課堂的把握度、對(duì)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的影響以及改進(jìn)建議五個(gè)方面對(duì)“課例研究”模式的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the demand for high quality and new talents brings new requirements and challenges to the education system. The existing teaching skills training methods in normal colleges and universities are increasingly unable to meet the needs of the new curriculum reform of basic education. The new curriculum of teacher education, the demand of teaching and discipline teaching theory courses. How to enrich the existing teaching skills training mode of pre-service teachers in teachers colleges. Exploring the new training model is a hot spot of scientific research that the higher education workers pay close attention to. First of all, this paper focuses on teaching skills. From different angles, this paper expounds the concepts of teaching skills and case studies, condenses out the characteristics of the two, and summarizes the types of teaching skills. This paper clarifies the training object of teaching skills, and analyzes the importance of teaching skills. Then, this paper makes a sample survey on the current situation of pre-service teachers' teaching skills training by questionnaire. From the teaching skills training form, curriculum setup, training time, content demand level and skills training "integral" method of five aspects of the analysis, it is concluded that "curriculum content is basically complete." The combination of teaching theory and practice; The training time is reasonable and the intensity needs to be strengthened. The training form is relatively single, and the training platform needs to be added. The training content needs multiple, the new model needs to be developed urgently; Most of the training is focused on scattered special training, so we should strengthen the comprehensive overall training "investigation conclusion, and then put forward the" lesson case study "training mode of pre-service teachers teaching skills training new ideas." Using the form of asking questions and answering, this paper explains the concrete contents of "lesson case study", and describes the introduction of "lesson case study" as a new model of pre-service teachers' teaching skills training, and presents the design process of the model. Then, this paper takes the 2012 pre-service teachers of Hebei normal University as the research object, and records the practice course of "lesson case study" training model in detail. This paper introduces the determination of the participants, the mobilization of the students, the formation of the training community, the determination of the training content and the practice process of the case study in the early stage of the training mode of "lesson case study". Face to face with front-line teachers, writing lesson case study report and demonstration contest. Finally, this paper from the practice of the process of results presentation and the use of questionnaires to implement the results of statistical analysis. From the text material class, the paper publication class and the video image class described the class example research practice process achievement. From the training occupation spare time, the synthesis skill training degree, the overall classroom grasp degree. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the effect of the "lesson case study" model in five aspects: the influence of post practice and the suggestions for improvement.
