【摘要】:2013年中央一號(hào)文件明確提出“為全面建成小康社會(huì),必須解決好“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)新農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)體制,大力培育新型農(nóng)民和農(nóng)村實(shí)用人才,著力加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育和職業(yè)培訓(xùn)。充分利用各類(lèi)培訓(xùn)資源,加大專(zhuān)業(yè)大戶、家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)者的培訓(xùn)力度,提高他們的生產(chǎn)技能和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平!痹诟呗氃盒_M(jìn)行農(nóng)類(lèi)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究與實(shí)踐是社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略需要,是高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校教育教學(xué)改革的有益探索,是培養(yǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化人才的積極回應(yīng)。 本文分析了高職院校農(nóng)類(lèi)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題,并由此提出改進(jìn)高職院校農(nóng)類(lèi)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的途徑與方法,力求培養(yǎng)出具有創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)和較強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的農(nóng)業(yè)技能、技術(shù)型人才。進(jìn)而服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”,助推中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)。論文主要分為五部分: 第一部分為緒論部分,重點(diǎn)分析了在高職院校進(jìn)行農(nóng)類(lèi)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究與實(shí)踐的意義。 第二部分以法國(guó)、韓國(guó)、印度三個(gè)國(guó)家的農(nóng)類(lèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育為范例與我國(guó)農(nóng)類(lèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比較研究。 第三部分經(jīng)過(guò)比較研究,,分析高職院校農(nóng)類(lèi)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的問(wèn)題。 第四部分從高校的人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會(huì)服務(wù)、文化傳承這四大職能出發(fā)針對(duì)我國(guó)高職院校農(nóng)類(lèi)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的問(wèn)題提出對(duì)策。 第五部分以溫州科技職業(yè)學(xué)院開(kāi)展的農(nóng)類(lèi)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育為例,進(jìn)一步論證了高職院校農(nóng)類(lèi)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的做法、作用及意義。
[Abstract]:The No. 1 document of the Central Committee in 2013 clearly proposed that "in order to build a well-off society in an all-round way, we must solve the problem of" three rural areas ", innovate the agricultural production and management system, and vigorously cultivate new farmers and practical talents in rural areas. Efforts should be made to strengthen agricultural vocational education and vocational training, make full use of all kinds of training resources, and increase the training of large professional households and family farm operators. Improve their production skills and management level. "the research and practice of entrepreneurship education for agricultural college students in higher vocational colleges is the strategic need of socialist agricultural modernization construction." It is a beneficial exploration of educational and teaching reform in agricultural colleges and universities, and a positive response to the cultivation of modern talents in agriculture. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of entrepreneurship education for agricultural college students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the ways and methods to improve the entrepreneurship education of agricultural students in higher vocational colleges in order to cultivate innovative spirit. The agricultural skills of entrepreneurial consciousness and strong entrepreneurial ability, technical talents. Then serve the "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and promote the modernization of agriculture in China. The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction part, which focuses on the significance of the research and practice of agricultural students' entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. The second part makes a comparative study on the current situation of agricultural entrepreneurship education in France, South Korea and India. The third part, through comparative study, analyzes the problems of entrepreneurship education for agricultural students in higher vocational colleges. From the four functions of talent cultivation, scientific research, social service and cultural inheritance, the author puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems in the entrepreneurship education of agricultural college students in higher vocational colleges in China in 4th. In 5th, taking the entrepreneurship education of agricultural college students in Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example, the author further demonstrates the practice, function and significance of entrepreneurship education for agricultural college students in higher vocational colleges.
