【摘要】：隨著全球教育信息化的快速發(fā)展，我國高校的信息化建設(shè)已經(jīng)取得了豐碩的成果。高校師生則充分利用信息化帶來的便利。如今的高校校園網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為各高校師生日常工作和學習的重要一部分，信息資源也得到了極大的共享。隨著高校的信息化進程，高校師生對校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的利用越來越多。然而，由于各種技術(shù)原因和故意破壞，高校的信息安全問題將面臨嚴重威脅。作為高校信息化管理當中重要的一部分，信息安全管理是目前高校面臨的共同的問題。 本文首先在導論部分提出了問題，，并介紹了國內(nèi)外信息安全管理的發(fā)展和研究現(xiàn)狀，以及指明了研究的目的和意義等；其次在信息安全及其管理的相關(guān)理論的認識、理解和分析的基礎(chǔ)上，以上海S高校為研究對象，通過S高校目前的信息化管理和信息安全管理現(xiàn)狀的介紹，同時發(fā)現(xiàn)信息安全管理存在的問題，并且對S高校在信息安全管理方面存在問題的原因進行了分析；最后結(jié)合相關(guān)理論體系及其他高校的成熟的經(jīng)驗，提出相對比較完善的信息安全管理體系和管理措施。主要內(nèi)容包括：規(guī)劃和完善信息安全管理體系，加強信息安全管理人員的配備和管理，建立健全高校信息安全等級保護制度，建立和加強信息安全風險評估機制，加強高校師生信息安全意識教育，完善高校信息安全管理應(yīng)急處理機制等，這對于S高校信息安全管理工作具有重要的指導作用，同時也可以給其他高校的信息安全管理工作提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global education informatization, the informatization construction of colleges and universities in China have achieved fruitful results. Teachers and students in Colleges and universities is to make full use of the convenience of information. Now the campus network has become an important part of the university teachers and students in the daily work and study, information resources sharing has also been greatly. With the process of information technology in Colleges and universities the university teachers and students on campus network information by more and more. However, due to various technical reasons and vandalism, the problem of information security in Colleges and universities will face a serious threat. As an important part of University Information Management when the information security management is a common problem faced by universities.
Firstly, the introduction part of the proposed problems, and introduces the development and research status of domestic and international information security management, and points out the purpose and significance of the study; secondly in the understanding of the relevant theories of information security and its management, understanding and analysis, to Shanghai S University as the research object, through the S the information management and information security situation is introduced, also found that the existence of the problem of information security management, and the causes of the problems in information security management of S university are analyzed; finally, combined with the theory of system and the mature experience, put forward relatively perfect information security management system and management measures. The contents include: planning and improvement of information security management system, strengthen the management of equipment and information security management personnel, establish and improve the level of information security The protection system, establish and strengthen information security risk assessment mechanism, strengthen information security awareness education of college students, improve the information security management of university emergency handling mechanism, which has an important guiding role for the information security management of S University, but also can provide reference to the university he information security management work.
