【摘要】：高校學(xué)生干部是大學(xué)生群體中的優(yōu)秀分子，他們活躍在各級(jí)學(xué)生會(huì)組織、黨團(tuán)組織、班級(jí)組織、社團(tuán)組織等，在高校學(xué)生管理工作中發(fā)揮著不可替代的重要作用。高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)具有十分重要的意義，，目前我國(guó)高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)工作走過(guò)了數(shù)十個(gè)年頭，取得了一系列成績(jī)。建立比較系統(tǒng)的高校學(xué)生干部管理體制，培養(yǎng)了大批優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生干部，這些學(xué)生干部活躍在校園里的文藝活動(dòng)、體育活動(dòng)、科技創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)中，同時(shí)也為高校的校園文化建設(shè)、校園安全管理、和諧校園的發(fā)展做出了自己的貢獻(xiàn)。高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)工作也為社會(huì)輸送了眾多優(yōu)秀的高素質(zhì)管理人才和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部，這些優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生干部在進(jìn)入社會(huì)之后都成為了所在領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)分子，帶動(dòng)自身和他人的發(fā)展，也深化和落實(shí)了我國(guó)高等教育的教育目標(biāo)，為我國(guó)的人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展補(bǔ)充了有益的資源。然而，目前高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)工作仍存在尚未解決的問(wèn)題：一些學(xué)校對(duì)高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)工作的忽視、學(xué)生干部管理體制的不完善、學(xué)生干部自身素質(zhì)參差不齊等。本文采用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、綜合分析等方法，將理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，從學(xué)生干部的內(nèi)涵入手，分析了學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)工作的意義、已有成績(jī)、現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題和對(duì)策分析幾個(gè)方面對(duì)學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)工作進(jìn)行論述，運(yùn)用思想政治教育有關(guān)理論，結(jié)合實(shí)際問(wèn)題，力求在高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)方法上提出自己獨(dú)到的見(jiàn)解。
[Abstract]:College student cadres are the elite students, they will be active in the party organizations at all levels of organizations, students, class organization, organization, plays an irreplaceable role in the management of college students. It is of great significance to cultivate college student cadres, at present our country work through the cultivation of college student cadres dozens of years, made a series of achievements. The establishment of student cadre management system in Colleges and universities systematically, cultivate a large number of excellent student cadre, the cadre of students active in campus cultural activities, sports, science and technology innovation activities, but also for the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities, campus security management, made their own contribution to the development of a harmonious campus. The work also provided many excellent high-quality management personnel and leading cadres to cultivate college students, these excellent learning Student cadres have become the advanced elements in their field after entering the community, promote the development of their own and others, and also deepen the implementation of the higher education of our country education goals for further development of China's talent strategy of valuable resources. However, the current high school student cadre training work is still unresolved the problem that some schools on the cultivation of college student cadres work neglect student cadre management system is not perfect, the quality of student cadres is uneven. This article uses the literature method, interview method, comprehensive analysis method, combining the theory and practice, starting from the connotation of student cadres, analyzes the significance of the work of student cadres to cultivate the existing achievements, existing problems and countermeasure analysis of several aspects of the work on student cadre training, using the theory of Ideological and political education, combined with the practical problems, and strive to The author puts forward his own opinions on the training methods of College Students' cadres.
