【摘要】：以地方高校的院系管理問題為研究對象,在具體分析安徽醫(yī)科大學、西安工業(yè)大學、山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學、四川美術學院的院系設置數(shù)量和情況的基礎上,發(fā)現(xiàn)地方高校普遍存在規(guī)模過于龐大,二級教學機構辦學自主權發(fā)揮不夠,管理水平較低,個別專業(yè)與院系名稱與內(nèi)涵的吻合程度較差,院系設置跟風突出,新設院系特征不夠鮮明,院系的設置和職能的劃分還存在模糊概念等問題,通過從辦學思想、辦學視野、學科設置和歷史傳承等方面分析其原因,提出地方高�？茖W設置院系要進一步解放辦學思想,強化特色立校意識;要注重院系設置的調(diào)研,科學謀劃二級管理;要兼顧規(guī)模和效益統(tǒng)一,切實做好專業(yè)布局;統(tǒng)籌傳統(tǒng)和時代發(fā)展,發(fā)揮院系辦學作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the management of colleges and departments in local universities as the research object, this paper analyzes the number and situation of the departments of Anhui Medical University, Xi'an University of Technology, Shanxi Agricultural University and Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. It is found that the scale of local universities is too large, the autonomy of secondary teaching institutions is not enough, the level of management is low, the degree of agreement between the names and connotations of individual majors and departments is poor, and the establishment of colleges and departments is prominent. The features of the newly established faculties are not clear enough, and the establishment and division of the functions of the faculties still have some problems, such as fuzzy concepts. The reasons are analyzed from the aspects of the idea of running a school, the vision of running a school, the setting of the subject and the historical inheritance and so on. It is pointed out that the scientific establishment of colleges and departments in local colleges and universities should further liberate the thought of running schools and strengthen the consciousness of setting up schools with characteristics. We should pay attention to the investigation and research of the establishment of the departments and colleges, and scientifically plan the second-level management; We should pay attention to the unity of scale and efficiency, and make a good professional layout; Plan tradition and the development of the times, give play to the role of running schools and departments.
