【摘要】:高職院校輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化研究中的職業(yè)化是指,輔導員是一種社會職業(yè),也是一種行業(yè)生存方式;高職院校輔導員隊伍建設的理念和導向是走職業(yè)化道路,它要求高職院校輔導員隊伍的職業(yè)認同高度統(tǒng)一、職業(yè)能力可持續(xù)發(fā)展、建設機制基本成型,從而促進輔導員的個人發(fā)展,保證輔導員的隊伍穩(wěn)定,提高輔導員隊伍的素質(zhì),提高高職院校思想政治教育和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。 從對高職院校輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化研究現(xiàn)狀的宏觀了解和對長沙地區(qū)高職院校輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),目前,高職院校輔導員隊伍建設在職業(yè)化理論指導下初見成效,但從其職業(yè)化內(nèi)涵建設來看,仍然存在以下四個方面的問題:職責定位不明確,整體隊伍不穩(wěn),職業(yè)素養(yǎng)不夠,育人實踐有欠缺。究其原因在于:一是思想認識不到位,不管從高職院校層面的認識還是輔導員自身層面的認識而言,都缺乏對輔導員隊伍的足夠重視和認同;二是專業(yè)化程度偏低,高職院校輔導員隊伍的學歷情況、專業(yè)背景、素質(zhì)能力等方面的要求都尚未達到應有的水平;三是建設機制不完善,難以保證高職院校輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化的實現(xiàn);四是缺乏有效支撐載體,在具體實踐中,推進高職院校輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化的進程不理想。 鑒于境外高校學生事務人員職業(yè)化的狀況及啟示,結(jié)合我國高職院校輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化建設的具體實際,筆者嘗試性地探索高職院校輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化的路徑:轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念,不僅學校層面要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,而且輔導員自身也需要更新觀念;提升職業(yè)素養(yǎng),建成一支具備政治素養(yǎng)、道德素養(yǎng)、人文素養(yǎng)、知識素養(yǎng)、能力素養(yǎng)的高素質(zhì)輔導員隊伍;構(gòu)建準入機制、培訓機制、發(fā)展機制、考核機制等各項機制;優(yōu)化社會支持系統(tǒng),從社會、政策、學校、個人等方面全方位、多渠道開辟系統(tǒng)的、長效的高職院校輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化建設道路。
[Abstract]:The professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges refers to the fact that counselors are a kind of social profession and also a way of living in the profession. The concept and direction of the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges is to follow the professional road, which requires the professional identity of the counselors in higher vocational colleges to be highly unified, the sustainable development of professional ability, and the basic formation of the construction mechanism. In order to promote the personal development of counselors, ensure the stability of counselors, improve the quality of counselors, and improve the quality of ideological and political education and talent training in higher vocational colleges. From the macro understanding of the status quo of the research on the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges and the investigation of the professionalization of counselors in Changsha, we find that at present. Under the guidance of professionalization theory, the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges has achieved initial results, but from the perspective of the connotation construction of professionalization, there are still four problems: the position of duty is not clear, and the whole team is unstable. The reason lies in: first, the ideological understanding is not in place, whether from the level of higher vocational colleges or counselors own level of understanding. Lack of enough attention and recognition to counselors; Second, the degree of specialization is on the low side, and the requirements of college counselors in terms of academic background, professional background, quality and ability have not yet reached their due level; Third, the construction mechanism is not perfect, it is difficult to ensure the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges; Fourth, the lack of effective support carrier, in practice, the process of promoting the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges is not ideal. In view of the overseas university student affairs personnel professionalization situation and the enlightenment, unifies our country higher vocational college counselor troop professionalization construction concrete reality. The author tries to explore the path of professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges: changing ideas not only at school level, but also by counselors themselves; To improve professional literacy and build a team of highly qualified counselors with political, moral, humanistic, knowledge and ability qualities; Construction of access mechanism, training mechanism, development mechanism, assessment mechanism and other mechanisms; Optimize the social support system, from the social, policy, school, personal and other aspects of all-round, multi-channel, opening up a systematic, long-term vocational college counselors professional construction road.
