【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,微博作為更加全新和便捷的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流工具,正影響著人們的價(jià)值和思想狀態(tài)。而作為微博主要使用群體的當(dāng)代大學(xué)生,,其思想觀念、行為習(xí)慣都深受其影響。因而,研究微博在高校思想政治教育中的應(yīng)用,就成為一個(gè)必要的時(shí)代話題。 當(dāng)前,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)界就微博的特征及微博對(duì)創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展高校思想政治教育帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),以及如何利用微博開(kāi)展高校思想政治教育都進(jìn)行了大量研究。但這些研究基本處于起步階段,缺乏系統(tǒng)性和針對(duì)性。本文通過(guò)對(duì)微博在高校思想政治教育的應(yīng)用研究,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)我國(guó)高校利用微博開(kāi)展思想政治教育的基本現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析,為高校利用微博開(kāi)展思想政治教育提供了可具操作性的方案。目的在于實(shí)現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育有效占領(lǐng)微博陣地,提高高校思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,從而創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展我國(guó)高校思想政治教育。 通過(guò)筆者實(shí)際調(diào)研和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,我國(guó)高校越來(lái)越重視微博對(duì)高校思想政治教育的影響,并建立了相應(yīng)的工作機(jī)制和平臺(tái),但高校利用微博開(kāi)展思想政治教育仍存在以下問(wèn)題:一是高校微博發(fā)展存在認(rèn)識(shí)偏差,觀念滯后,對(duì)待微博的態(tài)度較為被動(dòng)消極;二是高校微博管理不善,平臺(tái)規(guī)劃、管理制度較為落后,微博缺乏日常經(jīng)營(yíng)維護(hù),信息內(nèi)容滯后、發(fā)布方式單一;三是尚未形成聯(lián)動(dòng)體系,高校微博還處于相對(duì)分散的狀態(tài),在信息發(fā)布、服務(wù)提供和突發(fā)事件應(yīng)對(duì)方面難于發(fā)揮微博整體合力;四是高校微博的直接受眾數(shù)量較少,服務(wù)群體的覆蓋范圍較窄,影響有限。 針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,高校思想政治教育要充分利用微博帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇,回應(yīng)其挑戰(zhàn),提高高校思想政治教育工作的實(shí)際成效需要從四個(gè)方面著手:一是要更新理念,教育主體要樹(shù)立微觀念,并提高教育客體的媒介素養(yǎng);二是要優(yōu)化方法,高校要增加微博互動(dòng)性,輔導(dǎo)員管理要“微博化”,要定期開(kāi)設(shè)“微博沙龍”,實(shí)現(xiàn)微博平臺(tái)上下師生之間的良性互動(dòng);三是要豐富內(nèi)容,利用微博開(kāi)展道德教育、愛(ài)國(guó)主義教育和思想理論教育;四是要健全機(jī)制,要構(gòu)建高校思想政治教育微博應(yīng)用激勵(lì)機(jī)制,要加強(qiáng)微博管理和技術(shù)保證,加強(qiáng)高校利用微博開(kāi)展思想政治教育的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and application of network technology, Weibo, as a more new and convenient tool of network communication, is affecting people's value and ideological state. Therefore, the study of Weibo's application in ideological and political education has become a necessary topic of the times. At present, the domestic academic circles on the characteristics of Weibo and Weibo on the innovation and development of ideological and political education opportunities and challenges. And how to use Weibo to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities have carried out a large number of studies, but these studies are basically in the initial stage. Lack of systematization and pertinence. Through the application research of Weibo in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China using Weibo. It provides an operable scheme for the use of Weibo to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The purpose is to effectively occupy Weibo's position of ideological and political education and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. So as to innovate and develop ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. Through the author's actual investigation and questionnaire survey, our universities pay more and more attention to Weibo's influence on ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and set up the corresponding working mechanism and platform. However, there are still some problems in using Weibo to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities. First, there are cognitive deviations in the development of Weibo in colleges and universities, lag in ideas, and passive attitude towards Weibo; The second is the poor management of university Weibo, platform planning, management system is relatively backward, Weibo lack of daily management and maintenance, information content lag behind, the way to issue a single; Third, the linkage system has not yet been formed, and Weibo is still in a relatively decentralized state. It is difficult to give play to Weibo's overall resultant force in the aspects of information release, service provision and emergency response. Fourthly, the direct audience of Weibo is small, the coverage of service group is narrow and the influence is limited. In view of the above problems, ideological and political education in colleges and universities should make full use of the opportunities brought by Weibo, respond to its challenges, and improve the actual results of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from four aspects: first, to update the concept. The main body of education should set up micro-concept and improve the media literacy of educational object; The second is to optimize the method, to increase Weibo interaction, to manage counselors to "Weibo", to set up "Weibo salon" regularly, to realize the benign interaction between teachers and students on and off the Weibo platform; Third, enrich the content, use Weibo to carry out moral education, patriotism education and ideological and theoretical education; Fourth, it is necessary to perfect the mechanism, construct the application incentive mechanism of Weibo's ideological and political education in colleges and universities, strengthen Weibo's management and technical guarantee, and strengthen the team construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities using Weibo.
