【摘要】:大學(xué)生民族團(tuán)結(jié)是構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義民族關(guān)系的重要組成部分,是思想政治教育的基礎(chǔ)。新疆高校作為培養(yǎng)人才的基地,肩負(fù)培養(yǎng)新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的高層次人才的責(zé)任。新疆高校少數(shù)民族學(xué)生聚集度較高,因而大學(xué)生的民族團(tuán)結(jié)實(shí)際上就是指民漢大學(xué)生之間的民族團(tuán)結(jié)。少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生作為新疆地區(qū)寶貴的人才資源,他們身份、地位的特殊性會(huì)在新疆地區(qū)產(chǎn)生效應(yīng),同時(shí)他們也是民族分裂分子、西方敵對(duì)勢(shì)力的爭(zhēng)奪對(duì)象,所以這也會(huì)對(duì)新疆的民族團(tuán)結(jié)事業(yè)有重要影響。文章以新疆高校大學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,以大學(xué)生的民族團(tuán)結(jié)現(xiàn)狀為切入點(diǎn),通過定量研究和質(zhì)性研究相結(jié)合的方式,借鑒社會(huì)學(xué)、民族學(xué)、心理學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科理論,圍繞新疆高校民漢大學(xué)生的民族團(tuán)結(jié)現(xiàn)狀提出了因應(yīng)策略。全文共分為以下六個(gè)部分:第一部分,緒論。詳盡論述了論文的選題緣起和研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究存在的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足。第二部分,界定相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)概述。梳理了民族團(tuán)結(jié)的含義、民族團(tuán)結(jié)的要素,通過社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)理論和群際接觸理論的相關(guān)闡述對(duì)本研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分,研究設(shè)計(jì)和方法。分別對(duì)研究思路及假設(shè)、研究對(duì)象及方法、對(duì)課題所采用的問卷的修訂及信效度檢驗(yàn)做了詳細(xì)解釋。第四部分,實(shí)證分析部分。以新疆南北疆四所高校大學(xué)生為被試對(duì)象對(duì)大學(xué)生民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和訪談,為進(jìn)一步挖掘民漢大學(xué)生民族團(tuán)結(jié)的深層次影響因素奠定基礎(chǔ)。第五部分,建議對(duì)策部分。在挖掘新疆高校大學(xué)生民族團(tuán)結(jié)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上提出了構(gòu)建和諧民族關(guān)系的對(duì)策和建議。第六部分,論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及不足之處。
[Abstract]:The national unity of college students is an important part of the construction of socialist national relations and the basis of Ideological and political education. As a base for training talents, Xinjiang colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high-level talents of Xinjiang's economic and social development. The minority students in Xinjiang universities have a high degree of aggregation, so the national unity of the college students refers to the national unity among the people and the Han students. Minority college students as valuable talent resources in Xinjiang area, the particularity of their identity and status will have effect in the Xinjiang area, and they are the object for ethnic separatists, the Western hostile forces, so it will have important influence on Xinjiang's national unity career. The college students in Xinjiang as the research object, based on the present status of the national unity of students as the starting point, through the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research methods, from sociology, ethnology, psychology and other related disciplines, focusing on the present situation of Xinjiang college students and Han nationality unity put forward coping strategies. The full text is divided into the following six parts: the first part, the introduction. This paper expounds the origin and research significance of the thesis, the status of the research, and the innovation and deficiency of the research. The second part is to define the relevant concepts and theoretical basis. This paper combs the meaning of national unity and the elements of national unity, and lays a theoretical foundation for this research through the social solidarity theory and the theory of group contact. The third part, the study of design and methods. The research ideas and hypotheses, the research objects and methods, the revision of the questionnaire and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are explained in detail. The fourth part, the empirical analysis part. Taking four college students in southern and Northern Xinjiang as subjects, the national unity of college students was investigated and interviewed, laying the foundation for further exploring the deep influence factors of ethnic unity between Chinese and Han nationalities. The fifth part, suggestion countermeasure part. On the basis of excavating the present situation of national unity of college students in Xinjiang, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to build a harmonious ethnic relationship. The sixth part, the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.
