隨著教育全球化,各種國際學(xué)校在中國蓬勃發(fā)展,外籍子女學(xué)校、民辦國際學(xué)校、公立學(xué)校國際部（班）等等均進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展期。粵港澳大灣區(qū)作為國家級(jí)優(yōu)先發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,不僅要把大灣區(qū)建設(shè)成宜居宜業(yè)宜游的優(yōu)質(zhì)生活圈,更要打造成教育和人才高地。大灣區(qū)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和建設(shè),也勢(shì)必會(huì)吸引越來越多的國際高端人才到來,同時(shí)需要配套的國際學(xué)校及國際教育來滿足教育需求。本論文將選擇英國排名前十且具有300年辦學(xué)歷史的老牌女�！＠蛑Z霍利斯夫人學(xué)校即將在佛山開辦的分校——佛山LEH外籍子女學(xué)校作為研究對(duì)象,研究其在大灣區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。經(jīng)了解,眾多外籍子女學(xué)校普遍面臨著與其他外籍子女學(xué)校、民辦國際化學(xué)校及公立學(xué)校國際部（班）之間的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),也均面臨著學(xué)費(fèi)高、招生難、招優(yōu)質(zhì)教師難的問題,甚至不乏外籍子女學(xué)校面臨經(jīng)營(yíng)不善倒閉的案例。一所學(xué)校成敗的關(guān)鍵在于教師及教學(xué)。本論文將針對(duì)同類學(xué)校目前在教師問題上所遇到障礙,采用文獻(xiàn)研究和可行性研究法,重點(diǎn)對(duì)聯(lián)合國教科文組織、英國教育署和中國教育部等官方的政策、文獻(xiàn)及報(bào)告進(jìn)行研究,并結(jié)合全球化智庫、胡潤(rùn)百學(xué)、德勤中國、新學(xué)說等平臺(tái)的行業(yè)分析報(bào)告以及中外學(xué)者的研究成果,對(duì)佛山的國際教育競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境...
