【摘要】：執(zhí)行教師資格制度是建設(shè)高質(zhì)量教師隊(duì)伍的法律保障,對(duì)拓寬教師來(lái)源,優(yōu)化教師隊(duì)伍和保證教育質(zhì)量等方面有著至關(guān)重要的作用。同時(shí),教師資格制度對(duì)于教師的職業(yè)身份、法律地位及職業(yè)發(fā)展也有著實(shí)質(zhì)性的保障意義。借鑒新加坡政府教師資格制度經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國(guó)教師資格制度工作今后要力求做到拓寬教師來(lái)源渠道,把住教師的“入口”,統(tǒng)一教師的資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn);提升教師地位,樹(shù)立教育形象;激勵(lì)教師不斷發(fā)展,推動(dòng)教師綜合素質(zhì)的提高。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the teacher qualification system is the legal guarantee for the construction of high quality teachers and plays an important role in broadening the sources of teachers, optimizing the teaching staff and ensuring the quality of education. At the same time, the teacher qualification system has substantial significance for teachers' professional status, legal status and professional development. Drawing lessons from the experience of Singapore government's teacher qualification system, we should try our best to widen the source of teachers, keep the teachers'"entrance", unify the teachers' qualification standard, promote the status of teachers, and set up the image of education. Encourage teachers to develop continuously, promote the improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality.
