【摘要】：教育公平是社會公平的基礎和邏輯起點,是構建社會主義和諧社會的重要內容。社會主義國家古巴是當今世界上教育發(fā)展高度公平的國家,古巴政府把實現教育公平擺在優(yōu)先發(fā)展的地位,從強化教育公平理念、完善教育公平政策、加大教育財政投入、調整學校布局和改革學校教育等方面發(fā)揮政府的主導作用,充分體現了教育公平是國家的事業(yè)、政府的責任,這對促進我國教育公平發(fā)展有著重要啟示。
[Abstract]:Educational fairness is the foundation and logical starting point of social equity and the important content of constructing socialist harmonious society. Cuba, a socialist country, is a country with a high degree of fairness in the development of education in the world today. The Cuban government has put the realization of educational equity in the priority of development by strengthening the concept of education equity, perfecting the policy of education equity, and increasing the financial investment in education. The adjustment of school layout and the reform of school education give play to the leading role of the government, which fully reflects that education fairness is the cause of the country and the responsibility of the government, which has important implications for promoting the development of education equity in our country.
