后勤生活服務(wù)對職業(yè)院校學(xué)生心理健康的影響

【摘要】:目的:評價職業(yè)院校學(xué)生的心理健康狀況,分析后勤生活服務(wù)對其的影響。方法:①于2006-04采取整群分層隨機(jī)抽樣方法抽取湖南、廣西兩所醫(yī)科職業(yè)院校1 ̄4年級(2002/2005)在校學(xué)生900名為測試對象,平均年齡(18±1)歲。②采用癥狀自評量表和自編后勤生活服務(wù)條目進(jìn)行團(tuán)體測評和比較分析。就餐方式包括4種:學(xué)生食堂大鍋菜、學(xué)生食堂小炒、校外排檔、自家吃飯或親戚家搭餐;住宿去處包括4種:帶公廁普通宿舍、帶衛(wèi)生間的公寓、校外租房、走讀住家。后勤生活服務(wù)態(tài)度包括5種:很差、較差、一般、較好、很好。癥狀自評量表90個條目,采用從1 ̄5的5級計分。包括10個因子即軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系、抑郁、焦慮、敵對、恐怖、偏執(zhí)、精神病性、其他,總分,陽性項目數(shù)(90個條目中≥2之條目數(shù)),分?jǐn)?shù)越高表示心理狀況越差。癥狀自評量表因子分≥2表示陽性分,≥3表示有明顯的心理問題。③兩組間比較采用獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn),多組間比較采用單因素方差檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:發(fā)放問卷900份,其中湘環(huán)職院468份,南寧衛(wèi)校432份,全部回收合格,有效率100%。①就餐方式間差異:校外排檔就餐學(xué)生各因子分和總分及陽性項目數(shù)均比其他就餐方式高,食堂小炒學(xué)生和自家吃飯學(xué)生相對較低。不同就餐方式學(xué)生癥狀自評量表中人際關(guān)系、偏執(zhí)2個因子和陽性項目數(shù)評分比較,差異明顯(F=3.5,3.7,2.65,P≤0.05)。②住宿去處間差異:校外租房學(xué)生各因子分和總分均比其他住宿去處學(xué)生高,不同住宿去處學(xué)生癥狀自評量表中軀體化、焦慮和精神病性評分差異明顯(F=3.32,2.77,2.91,P0.05)。③后勤生活服務(wù)態(tài)度間差異:后勤生活服務(wù)態(tài)度從差到好,所有因子分和總分及陽性項目數(shù)基本上依次降低,除其他因子外的其余9個因子分比較,差異明顯(F=2.60 ̄5.78,P0.05 ̄0.01)。④后勤服務(wù)對職業(yè)院校學(xué)生心理健康狀況的影響因素分析:后勤服務(wù)態(tài)度、住宿條件為對心理健康有影響的主要因素(t=-4.358,2.552,P0.01,0.05)。⑤心理健康問題檢出率:2所院校900名抽樣學(xué)生中,有548人(60.9%)癥狀自評量表因子分≥2,存在各種輕度的不良心理反應(yīng);126人(14.0%)因子分≥3,存在比較明顯的心理健康問題;196人(21.8%)總均分≥2,整體心理健康出現(xiàn)不良,強(qiáng)迫癥狀、抑郁和人際關(guān)系因子人數(shù)最多;16人(1.8%)總均分≥3,整體心理健康有著明顯的不良傾向,人際關(guān)系、強(qiáng)迫癥狀和敵對因子為檢出率的前3位。結(jié)論:①醫(yī)科職業(yè)院校學(xué)生的心理健康狀況總體較差,校外排檔、校外租房、遭遇后勤生活服務(wù)態(tài)度很差的學(xué)生心理健康狀況最差。②后勤生活服務(wù)特別是服務(wù)態(tài)度和住宿條件對學(xué)生心理健康的影響最大。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the mental health status of vocational college students and analyze the influence of logistic life service. Methods from April 2006 to April 2006, the cluster stratified random sampling method was used to select 900 students in Grade 1 and Grade 4 (2002 / 2005) from two medical vocational colleges in Guangxi.
