【摘要】: 教育環(huán)境作為教育要素之一,對教育活動過程和效果起著重要作用。網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代的來臨,使我國當(dāng)代大學(xué)生所處的教育環(huán)境已經(jīng)不再是純粹的傳統(tǒng)教育環(huán)境,但也不是純粹的網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬環(huán)境,而是傳統(tǒng)教育環(huán)境與網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境并存。網(wǎng)絡(luò)與大學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習(xí)息息相關(guān),深刻地改變著大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、生活和交往方式,而且更加深刻地改變著大學(xué)生的思想、觀念和精神世界。網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境對大學(xué)生心理健康的影響是極其復(fù)雜的,既有積極的正面影響,也有消極的負(fù)面影響。網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)正迅速地向社會各個領(lǐng)域滲透,高校校園已成為我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶最密集的區(qū)域。面對網(wǎng)絡(luò)這一新環(huán)境的強(qiáng)勢介入,如何避免網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的消極影響、利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的積極影響、發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理健康教育,提高大學(xué)生心理素質(zhì),是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作面臨的新課題。為了探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境介入后,如何利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)營造良好的大學(xué)生心理健康教育環(huán)境、加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作、增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理健康自主維護(hù)能力,本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究、行動研究的方法,對我國高校大學(xué)生心理健康教育的宏觀策略進(jìn)行了初步探討,并構(gòu)建了一套基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的大學(xué)生心理健康教育策略體系。本研究的主要內(nèi)容如下: 第一章主要論述本課題的研究背景、國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀和本課題研究的意義。第二章論述了傳統(tǒng)環(huán)境下大學(xué)生心理健康教育的原則、途徑、機(jī)構(gòu)、師資、內(nèi)容等方面的概況;分析了目前我國大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境。第三章主要從網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身和大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作的需要出發(fā),分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的特點,及其對大學(xué)生心理健康教育途徑、工作機(jī)構(gòu)、師資素質(zhì)、教育內(nèi)容、課堂教學(xué)、心理健康知識獲取、心理健康維護(hù)等方面帶來的積極影響和優(yōu)勢。第四章提出了一些基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的大學(xué)生心理健康教育機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)、師資培訓(xùn)、課堂教學(xué)、資源優(yōu)化、大學(xué)生心理健康知識獲取、心理健康自主維護(hù)等方面的具體策略。第五章構(gòu)建了一套基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的大學(xué)生心理健康教育策略體系,總結(jié)了策略應(yīng)用的效果。
[Abstract]:As one of the elements of education, educational environment plays an important role in the process and effect of educational activities.With the advent of the network age, the educational environment of contemporary college students in our country is no longer a pure traditional educational environment, but not a pure network virtual environment, but a traditional educational environment and a network environment.The network is closely related to the life and study of college students. It profoundly changes the study, life and communication style of college students, and it also changes the thought, concept and spiritual world of college students.The influence of network environment on college students' mental health is very complicated, both positive and negative.Network technology is rapidly infiltrating into various fields of society, and university campus has become the most intensive area of Internet users in China.In the face of the strong intervention of the new network environment, how to avoid the negative influence of the network environment, make use of the positive influence of the network environment, give play to the network advantage, strengthen the psychological health education of the college students, improve the psychological quality of the university students,It is a new task for contemporary college students in mental health education.In order to explore how to make use of the network to create a good mental health education environment for college students, to strengthen the mental health education of college students, and to enhance the ability of independent maintenance of college students' mental health after the intervention of the network environment, this paper adopts the literature research.Based on the method of action research, the macro strategies of mental health education for college students in China are discussed, and a set of strategies system of mental health education for college students based on network environment is constructed.The main contents of this study are as follows:The first chapter mainly discusses the research background, the domestic and foreign research status and the significance of this research.The second chapter discusses the principles, approaches, institutions, teachers and contents of mental health education for college students in the traditional environment, and analyzes the network environment of mental health education for college students in our country.The third chapter analyzes the characteristics of the network environment, the ways of mental health education, the working organization, the quality of teachers, the content of education, the classroom teaching, from the perspective of the network itself and the needs of college students' mental health education.Mental health knowledge acquisition, mental health maintenance and other aspects of the positive impact and advantages.The fourth chapter puts forward some specific strategies for college students' mental health education institution construction, teacher training, classroom teaching, resource optimization, college students' mental health knowledge acquisition and self-maintenance of mental health based on network environment.Chapter five constructs a set of mental health education strategy system based on network environment and summarizes the effect of strategy application.
