【摘要】： 現(xiàn)代的教育如果再秉持那種以“過去的知識”來教“現(xiàn)代的學生”去適應“未來的社會”必將為社會所淘汰。作為受教育者來說,如果他們不能創(chuàng)造、創(chuàng)新自己的知識,也就談不上是創(chuàng)新人才,這一切都在呼喚每位教師和學生都要學會利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)對教育領(lǐng)域的顯性知識和隱性知識進行管理。 知識管理的精髓在于它能夠提供交流知識的空間,毫無疑問,博客就是提供這樣一個交流空間的平臺。博客的概念自90年代末出現(xiàn)以后于2002年開始傳入我國,被認為是繼Email、BBS、ICQ之后出現(xiàn)的第四種網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流方式,甚至有人把它比喻為“互連網(wǎng)的第四大里程碑”。 博客作為一種知識管理工具在教育中的應用是當前研究的一個熱點,它是一種簡單技術(shù)與先進理念的結(jié)合。博客應用于學校教育知識管理,有利于隱性知識顯性化,有利于教師的自我反思、自我評價、自我升華,有利于教學知識的積累和沉淀,可以使教師與教師之間、教師與學生之間以及學生與學生之間的交流上升到更高的層次,能夠滿足復雜知識環(huán)境下的需要。 本文首先闡述了博客、知識管理的概念,然后探索了博客在學校教育知識管理中的應用,提出了博客教育知識管理系統(tǒng)應該具有的功能模塊,最后論文設(shè)計了由博客及其相關(guān)技術(shù)構(gòu)建學校教育知識管理系統(tǒng)的具體實現(xiàn)步驟。
[Abstract]:If modern education is to teach "modern students" with "past knowledge" to adapt to "future society", it will be eliminated by society.As an educatee, if they can't create and innovate their knowledge, they can't be creative talents.All this calls for each teacher and student to learn to use modern information technology to manage explicit and tacit knowledge in the field of education.The essence of knowledge management is that it can provide a space for exchanging knowledge.The concept of blog was introduced into China in 2002 after it appeared in the late 1990s. It is considered to be the fourth way of network communication after Emailor BBSU ICQ. Some people even liken it to "the fourth milestone of the Internet".The application of blog as a knowledge management tool in education is a hot topic at present. It is a combination of simple technology and advanced ideas.The application of blog in school education knowledge management is beneficial to the dominance of tacit knowledge, teachers' self-reflection, self-evaluation, self-sublimation, the accumulation and precipitation of teaching knowledge, and the relationship between teachers and teachers.The communication between teachers and students and between students and students rises to a higher level and can meet the needs of complex knowledge environment.This paper first expounds the concept of blog and knowledge management, then explores the application of blog in school education knowledge management, and puts forward the functional modules of blog education knowledge management system.Finally, the paper designs the implementation steps of constructing school education knowledge management system by blog and related technology.
