【摘要】：民辦學校從傳統(tǒng)人事管理轉(zhuǎn)向現(xiàn)代人力資源管理是必然趨勢。依據(jù)人力資源管理工作模式,從教師的選聘與配置、培訓與發(fā)展以及教師的留任與離職等幾個方面,對溫州市民辦學校教師人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀進行實際調(diào)查�，F(xiàn)實狀況印證了現(xiàn)代人力資源開發(fā)與管理的理論體系和工具體系融入中國教育領(lǐng)域的必要性:一方面,推動民辦學校更主動、更科學、更透明地利用市場機制選擇和配置教師人力資源;另一方面,積極創(chuàng)造條件改變民辦學校教師在身份歸屬和福利保障上有欠公平的狀況。
[Abstract]:It is an inevitable trend for private schools to change from traditional personnel management to modern human resource management. According to the work mode of human resource management, it is necessary to select and deploy teachers, train and develop them, and retain and leave their posts. The present situation of teachers' human resource management in private schools in Wenzhou City is investigated. The reality confirms the necessity of integrating the theoretical system and the tool system of modern human resource development and management into the field of education in China: on the one hand, Promoting private schools to take the initiative, be more scientific, and use market mechanism to select and allocate teachers' human resources more transparently; on the other hand, we should actively create conditions to change the unfair situation of teachers' identity and welfare protection in private schools.
