【摘要】： 中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)(電教中心)中心負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校信息技術(shù)教學(xué)工作和教育技術(shù)裝備的規(guī)劃、實(shí)施和管理，具有教學(xué)和管理的雙重職能。長期以來，由于種種原因，人們把中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)中心定位為學(xué)學(xué)校的教學(xué)輔助單位，把教育技術(shù)人員看成是教學(xué)輔助人員。即使在進(jìn)入教育信息化時(shí)代的今天，中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)中心承擔(dān)了學(xué)校信息技術(shù)教學(xué)工作，這種認(rèn)識依然存在。這在一定程度上造成了中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)中心自身發(fā)展的局限性，，也削弱了教育技術(shù)中心在學(xué)校教育信息化發(fā)展中的地位和作用，難以充分發(fā)揮其職能。 教育信息化的飛速發(fā)展，為中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)中心職能建設(shè)注入了新的內(nèi)容。本文考慮中小學(xué)教育信息中心在學(xué)校教育信息化發(fā)展中所處的地位和作用，依據(jù)當(dāng)前建構(gòu)主義理論、教育信息化理論、信息技術(shù)與課程整合理論，提出了教育信息化時(shí)代對中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)中心要求，提出中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)中心應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變職能，向教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐、學(xué)校教育信息化建設(shè)以及跟蹤研究信息化發(fā)展趨勢的方向邁進(jìn)，并總結(jié)實(shí)現(xiàn)其職能發(fā)展的策略，以期對中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)中心職能的發(fā)展提供一些有指導(dǎo)性的研究和可操作的建議。
[Abstract]:The central and middle school education technology center is responsible for the planning , implementation and management of the school information technology teaching work and the educational technology equipment , and has the dual functions of teaching and management . For a long time , the education technology center of primary and middle schools is regarded as the teaching aid unit of the school . This paper takes into account the status and function of the education information center of primary and middle schools in the development of the information technology center of primary and middle schools , and puts forward the requirement of the educational technology center of the primary and middle schools in the information age of education , and puts forward the strategy of realizing its function development , with a view to providing some guiding research and operational suggestions to the development of the function of the education technology center in primary and middle schools .
