【摘要】： 本論文的研究對(duì)象是專(zhuān)科層次、正規(guī)學(xué)歷的高等職業(yè)院校所進(jìn)行的心理健康教育活動(dòng)。高職院校培養(yǎng)的是高級(jí)技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才，必須滿足新世紀(jì)國(guó)際與國(guó)內(nèi)人才市場(chǎng)的要求，需要有較高的心理素質(zhì)以應(yīng)對(duì)新世紀(jì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與挑戰(zhàn)，因此加強(qiáng)高職院校大學(xué)生的心理健康教育問(wèn)題便具有十分重要的意義。 本文在對(duì)心理健康教育相關(guān)概念分析的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合高職學(xué)生的心理特點(diǎn)和高職院校開(kāi)展心理健康教育的現(xiàn)狀，，提出一些相應(yīng)的對(duì)策：轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，正確認(rèn)識(shí)心理健康教育；構(gòu)建層次分明的高職院校心理健康教育目標(biāo)體系；科學(xué)構(gòu)建高職學(xué)生心理健康教育的內(nèi)容體系；多渠道、全方位地開(kāi)展高職學(xué)生心理健康教育。 本文共分為四大部分，第一部分是引論，論述本課題的研究背景、研究思路以及相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述；第二部分是基本概念的界定以及高職院校開(kāi)展心理健康的重要意義；第三部分是對(duì)目前高職院校心理健康教育的現(xiàn)狀分析；第四部分是在前面論述的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)加強(qiáng)高職院校心理健康教育活動(dòng)進(jìn)行思考，提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The research object of this thesis is college level, the higher occupation colleges formal education mental health education. Higher vocational college is the senior technical talents, must meet the new century international and domestic talent market requirements, the need for higher psychological quality in the intense market competition and challenge to the new century. It is very important therefore to strengthen the psychological health education in higher vocational colleges.
Based on analysis of psychological health education on the concept of status to carry out mental health education and psychological characteristics of Vocational Colleges of higher vocational students and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures: changing ideas, correct understanding of mental health education; construction of mental health education in Higher Vocational Colleges target system hierarchy; the scientific construction of mental health education in higher vocational colleges the contents of the system; multi-channel, full range of Vocational Students' mental health education.
This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is introduction, discusses the research background, research ideas and related literature review; the second part is the significance of the definition of the basic concept and mental health in higher vocational colleges; the third part is the analysis of the present situation of the psychological health education of Vocational College; the fourth part is based on the front discussion, thinking to strengthen the activities of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
