　　教育的本質(zhì)在于促進學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,其不僅包括智力的發(fā)展,更包括學(xué)生心理等方面的健康發(fā)展。今天,“快樂教育”、“創(chuàng)新教育”、“賞識教育”等新的教育理念的流行,表明如今的教育越來越關(guān)注學(xué)生的需要,把學(xué)生作為學(xué)習(xí)的主體。而獎勵,由于其激勵性和獎勵性,已經(jīng)成為教師們常用的一種管理手段。獎勵不僅承認(rèn)了學(xué)生的差異性,還激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機,滿足了他們的心理需要�？梢哉f,獎勵對于指導(dǎo)教師有效的教學(xué)起著重要的作用。但是,如何有效地運用獎勵,使其發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的價值,都是值得研究的問題。鑒于此,本文綜合采用定量研究和定性研究,并且以為建構(gòu)主義,積極心理學(xué)和激勵理論為理論基礎(chǔ),對深圳布吉高級中學(xué)的90名學(xué)生進行調(diào)查研究,該研究歷時5個月,旨在探索如何有效地將獎勵運用于高中英語教學(xué)。研究表明,獎勵在高中英語教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用確實對學(xué)生的心理和學(xué)業(yè)發(fā)展起到良好的作用。具體來講,學(xué)生對于學(xué)習(xí)英語和上英語課的積極性都有所提高。由此,他們的學(xué)習(xí)成績也有顯著的提升。全文可分為如下五個部分：第一章為引言,包括研究的背景,研究研究的意義。第二章為文獻綜述,其介紹了獎勵的概念的界定,有關(guān)獎勵運用的策略的研究和獎勵的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章為方...
