【摘要】： 人際關(guān)系是通過人與人之間的交往而建立的可覺察到的直接而穩(wěn)定的心理上的關(guān)系。隨著社會的發(fā)展,人際關(guān)系越來越成為人類社會生活中重要的關(guān)系之一。青少年的心理健康是他們走向世界、走向未來、建功立業(yè)的重要條件。許多調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:我國中學(xué)生的心理健康狀況不容樂觀,令人擔(dān)憂,且心理問題有逐年上升的趨勢。人類的心理病態(tài)主要是由于人際關(guān)系的失調(diào)而引起的。對中學(xué)生人際關(guān)系進行研究,在理論上和教育實踐中都具有重要意義。本文試圖從教育的角度來探討人際關(guān)系對中學(xué)生心理健康的影響以及如何加以教育引導(dǎo),幫助其建立良好的人際關(guān)系,促進中學(xué)生心理健康地發(fā)展。 本研究在廣泛調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合訪談法、文獻法,對目前中學(xué)生人際關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀和特點進行了較為全面的考察。當代社會中學(xué)生人際關(guān)系的主要特征是(1)友誼占據(jù)著十分重要和特殊的地位(2)交友標準上,強調(diào)思想認識和追求目標的一致性(3)團體現(xiàn)象突出(4)師生關(guān)系有所削弱。(5)易與父母產(chǎn)生隔閡。教育引導(dǎo)的主要措施如下:(一)形成有益的社會環(huán)境。(二)發(fā)揮高效的學(xué)校教育,開展心理健康教育發(fā)展學(xué)生健康心理已成為十分緊迫和重要的課題。(三)重視良好的家庭教育。(四)加強學(xué)生的個人修養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動交往的意識,提高其交往技能。 研究意義:本研究可以在一定程度上豐富關(guān)于中學(xué)生人際關(guān)系對心理健康的影響的理論,對引導(dǎo)中學(xué)生健康成長和成才有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,對中學(xué)生德育教育和素質(zhì)教育有重要的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal relationships are perceptible, direct and stable psychological relationships established through interpersonal interaction. Interpersonal relationship is becoming one of the most important relationships in human society. The mental health of teenagers is to go to the world and to the future. Many investigation results show that the mental health of middle school students in our country is not optimistic and worrying. And psychological problems have a rising trend year by year. Human psychopathology is mainly caused by the imbalance of interpersonal relationship. Both in theory and in educational practice, this paper attempts to explore the influence of interpersonal relationship on the mental health of middle school students from the perspective of education and how to guide it in order to help them establish good interpersonal relationship. To promote the mental health development of middle school students. This study is based on extensive investigation, combined with interview method, literature method, The present situation and characteristics of middle school students' interpersonal relationship are comprehensively investigated. The main feature of contemporary social middle school students' interpersonal relationship is that friendship occupies a very important and special position) on the criteria of making friends. Emphasizing the consistency of ideological understanding and the pursuit of goals (3) the group phenomenon highlights the 4) weakening of teacher-student relations. 5) it is easy to estranged from parents. The main measures of education guidance are as follows: (1) forming a beneficial social environment. (2) giving full play to efficient school education, Developing students' healthy psychology has become an urgent and important subject. (3) attach importance to good family education. (4) strengthen students' personal cultivation, cultivate students' awareness of active communication and improve their communication skills. Research significance: to some extent, this study can enrich the theory about the influence of middle school students' interpersonal relationship on mental health, and has important guiding significance to guide the healthy growth and development of middle school students. It has important reference value for moral education and quality education of middle school students.
