催眠療法在大學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)與治療中的應(yīng)用探索

【摘要】:催眠療法近年來倍受研究者和臨床治療師的矚目,不僅心理治療臨床工作者使用催眠療法處理一系列心理問題,主流心理學(xué)也逐漸將催眠納入研究范疇。國外對于催眠治療的研究從理論到實踐探索都非常豐富,但國內(nèi)催眠研究幾乎剛剛起步。作為一項卓有成效的治療技術(shù)和一門深入心靈的學(xué)問,本土化的催眠研究和臨床實踐探索具有非常重要的意義。 本文對國外催眠研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,從催眠本質(zhì)、催眠生理機(jī)制、催眠治療相關(guān)理論、催眠現(xiàn)象、催眠臨床應(yīng)用等方面進(jìn)行研究現(xiàn)狀述評,并總結(jié)了催眠引導(dǎo)、催眠感受性等方面研究新進(jìn)展。理論研究推動了催眠治療技術(shù)本身的發(fā)展與完善。 論文的第二部分探索了催眠療法在大學(xué)生團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)中的應(yīng)用,嘗試使用團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的形式提高大學(xué)生自我接納程度與心理健康水平。本實驗設(shè)計了八次輔導(dǎo)課程,并對輔導(dǎo)效果進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果表明,催眠團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)能夠顯著提升高催眠感受性小組的自我接納程度,該小組學(xué)生在軀體、人際、憂郁、焦慮、敵對五個方面心理健康程度有明顯提高,開放式問卷調(diào)查表明該小組同學(xué)更加自信、接納自己、心情愉快,心理彈性更好;低感受性小組自我接納程度無顯著性變化,但在焦慮、恐懼兩個因子分上有顯著改善,開放式問卷調(diào)查表明該小組成員更加放松自在。 個案部分詳細(xì)報告了三個案例的咨詢過程,包括每次治療的具體對話內(nèi)容。并對咨詢過程中使用的催眠引導(dǎo)和治療技巧進(jìn)行總結(jié)和反思。這三個案例的主要問題分別是情感困擾、貪食、神經(jīng)衰弱,也是大學(xué)生常見的心理問題。三個案例經(jīng)回訪表明治療效果明顯,主訴問題得到緩解或解決。最后對催眠治療個案咨詢的思路進(jìn)行總結(jié)。 論文的最后部分探索了催眠療法在大學(xué)生團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)和個案咨詢中的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗,對催眠治療前期準(zhǔn)備、咨詢進(jìn)度、催眠的適用范圍與禁忌、場地要求、咨詢關(guān)系的建立、真實性等問題進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出了后續(xù)研究思路,如發(fā)展團(tuán)體治療小組、催眠暗示性研究、量表的常模制定、催眠引導(dǎo)與治療技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展等,旨在更好的完善發(fā)展催眠療法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, hypnotherapy has attracted the attention of researchers and clinical therapists. Not only psychotherapists use hypnotherapy to deal with a series of psychological problems. Mainstream psychology has gradually brought hypnosis into the research field. Foreign research on hypnotherapy is very rich in both theory and practice. But the study of hypnosis in China is just beginning. As a highly effective therapeutic technique and a deep knowledge of the mind, the study of local hypnosis and clinical practice is of great significance. This paper reviews the present situation of hypnosis research abroad, including hypnosis essence, hypnotic physiological mechanism, hypnotic therapy theory, hypnosis phenomenon, hypnosis clinical application and so on, and summarizes hypnotic guidance. The theoretical research has promoted the development and perfection of hypnotic therapy technology itself. The second part of the thesis explores the application of hypnotherapy in group counseling of college students, and tries to improve the degree of self-acceptance and mental health of college students by using group counseling. The results of the study showed that hypnotic group counseling significantly increased the self-acceptance of high hypnotic receptive groups, and the group students were physically, interpersonal, melancholy, anxious. The open questionnaire survey showed that the students in the group were more confident, accepted themselves, were in a happy mood, and had better psychological flexibility, while the self-acceptance degree of the low sensitivity group had no significant change. But there were significant improvements in anxiety and fear scores. The open questionnaire survey showed that the group members were more relaxed. The case section details the consultation process in three cases. The main problems of these three cases are emotional distress, gluttony and neurasthenia. It is also a common psychological problem for college students. The results of three cases show that the treatment effect is obvious and the main complaint problem is alleviated or solved. Finally, the thinking of hypnotic therapy case consultation is summarized. The last part of the paper explores the application experience of hypnotherapy in group counseling and case counseling of college students, the preparation of hypnotherapy, the progress of consultation, the scope and taboos of hypnosis, the site requirements, and the establishment of counseling relationship. Some problems such as authenticity are summarized, and the following research ideas are put forward, such as developing group therapy group, hypnotic suggestive research, norm development of scale, innovation of hypnotic guidance and treatment technology, etc. To better improve the development of hypnotherapy.
