【摘要】：文章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了美國(guó)大學(xué)生心理健康教育專家成長(zhǎng)的基本路徑:接受專門系統(tǒng)的學(xué)歷教育;申請(qǐng)心理咨詢資格認(rèn)證;恪守專業(yè)倫理和法規(guī);參加規(guī)范繼續(xù)教育。在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際,提出改進(jìn)我國(guó)大學(xué)生心理健康教育專家成長(zhǎng)路徑的策略:加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才;完善心理咨詢認(rèn)證,包括提高心理咨詢師認(rèn)證的專業(yè)化水平、強(qiáng)化對(duì)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)和課程的資質(zhì)認(rèn)證;健全倫理與法規(guī);規(guī)范繼續(xù)教育等。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the basic path of the growth of American college students' mental health education experts: accepting the special system of academic qualifications, applying for the qualification certification of psychological counseling, abiding by professional ethics and regulations, and participating in standardized continuing education. On this basis, combined with the reality of our country, put forward to improve the growth path of college students' mental health education experts: strengthen the training of professional talents; Improve the psychological counseling certification, including improving the professional level of psychological consultant certification, strengthening the qualification certification of training institutions and courses; perfecting ethics and regulations; standardizing continuing education, etc.
