小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力小組工作干預(yù)實(shí)踐

【摘要】:小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力干預(yù)是小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)壓力管理的重要組成部分,學(xué)習(xí)壓力的自我調(diào)節(jié)能力,是影響小學(xué)生是否能成功完成學(xué)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵因素。在小學(xué)生群體中,壓力是一個普遍現(xiàn)象,幾乎每位學(xué)生都會覺得學(xué)習(xí)有壓力。隨年級的不斷升高,考試量的增加,這種壓力也越來越大,而隨著壓力產(chǎn)生的種種問題也就成為困擾學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的最主要的心理問題。 學(xué)習(xí)壓力,是指人在學(xué)習(xí)活動中所承受的精神負(fù)擔(dān)。如今,由于學(xué)生壓力過大而造成的身體上的疾病的學(xué)生不在少數(shù):食欲不振,睡眠質(zhì)量較差,經(jīng)常失眠,缺乏體育鍛煉,經(jīng)常感到不舒服……此外,小學(xué)生近視率逐年上升已成為一個嚴(yán)重的問題。小學(xué)生作為限制行為能力人,身心發(fā)育不全,承受壓力的能力不強(qiáng)。在當(dāng)今社會升學(xué)和擇校嚴(yán)峻形勢下,緩解小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力,并給予及時有效的干預(yù)措施,對于小學(xué)生的健康發(fā)展有著重要的意義。本課題采用社會工作三大專業(yè)方法之一的小組工作方法對小學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力進(jìn)行干預(yù),同時在干預(yù)過程中融入壓力管理的元素,對于緩解小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力起到了良好作用。因此,本課題“小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力小組工作干預(yù)實(shí)踐研究”具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文主要分析了現(xiàn)代我國小學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀和學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力的產(chǎn)生,并探討了以小組的方法干預(yù)小學(xué)生心理壓力的若干問題。同時,本研究借鑒國內(nèi)外已有的學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力理論干預(yù)模式,與小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力干預(yù)現(xiàn)狀相聯(lián)系,進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)和完善。同時引入了社會小組工作方法,使之更加適合當(dāng)今形勢下我國小學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀,形成緩解小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理壓力的實(shí)用理論,完善現(xiàn)有理論。
[Abstract]:The intervention of primary school students' learning stress is an important part of pupils' learning stress management. The ability of self-regulation of learning pressure is the key factor to influence pupils' ability to complete their studies successfully. Stress is a common phenomenon in primary school students, and almost every student feels stressed. With the increasing of grade and the increase of examination quantity, the pressure is becoming more and more great, and with the pressure, all kinds of problems have become the most important psychological problems puzzling students' learning. Learning pressure refers to the mental burden that people bear in their learning activities. Nowadays, there are not a few students suffering from physical illness due to excessive stress: loss of appetite, poor sleep quality, frequent insomnia, lack of physical exercise, and frequent discomfort. In addition, the increase in myopia rate has become a serious problem. Primary school students as a person with limited behavior ability, physical and mental development is not complete, the ability to withstand pressure is not strong. It is of great significance for the healthy development of primary school students to relieve the psychological pressure of primary school students and to provide timely and effective intervention measures under the severe situation of school advancement and school selection in today's society. In this paper, the group work method, one of the three major methods of social work, is used to interfere with the learning psychological stress of primary school students, and at the same time, the elements of stress management are incorporated in the intervention process. It has played a good role in relieving the psychological pressure of primary school students. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the intervention of primary school students' psychological stress groups. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of primary school students' learning in modern China and the emergence of learning psychological pressure, and probes into some problems of intervention of primary school students' psychological pressure by group method. At the same time, this study has improved and perfected the existing intervention mode of learning stress theory, which is related to the current situation of primary school students' psychological stress intervention. At the same time, the social group working method is introduced to make it more suitable for the present learning situation of primary school students in our country, to form a practical theory to alleviate the learning psychological pressure of primary school students, and to perfect the existing theories.
