【摘要】：正眾所周知,義務教育一直是中國教育改革和發(fā)展的重點。它是提升國民素質的基礎,實現社會公平的起點。而實現國家的義務教育均衡發(fā)展是重中之重。然而,義務教育的均衡發(fā)展打的是長期戰(zhàn),持續(xù)、有效的調節(jié)才是解決的關鍵。而人們必須認識到,推進義務教育均衡發(fā)展與實現教育的普及相比更加艱巨、復雜。然而,我國的現實卻是義務教育的普及性僅存在于大部分的區(qū)域,還是有少數貧困地區(qū)和邊遠地區(qū)甚至連教育都是奢望,更不要提義務。義務教育身為國家經濟發(fā)展水平和文化程度發(fā)展
[Abstract]:As we all know, compulsory education has always been the focus of education reform and development in China. It is the foundation of improving national quality and the starting point of social equity. It is the most important to realize the balanced development of compulsory education in our country. However, the balanced development of compulsory education is a long-term war, continuous, effective regulation is the key to solve. People must realize that it is more difficult and complicated to promote the balanced development of compulsory education than to realize the popularization of education.
