【摘要】：正北師大資深教授、中國教育學(xué)會名譽(yù)會長顧明遠(yuǎn)日前在接受光明網(wǎng)采訪時表示,當(dāng)前,農(nóng)村學(xué)校軟硬件設(shè)施差,尤其是師資缺口較大,而目前許多教育改革限于城市。他呼吁,應(yīng)更加關(guān)注農(nóng)村教育的現(xiàn)狀,適當(dāng)放寬農(nóng)村教師的編制比例,提高農(nóng)村教師待遇水平。顧明遠(yuǎn)指出,我國教育的主要問題在農(nóng)村。一方面,進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員子女隨遷城市,許多農(nóng)村學(xué)校學(xué)生人數(shù)減少,組不成班級,開不齊課程,教育質(zhì)量難以保證。另一方面,不少農(nóng)村學(xué)校面臨師資匱乏、教育經(jīng)費(fèi)緊張的
