【摘要】：俄羅斯為了強(qiáng)化和優(yōu)化教育領(lǐng)域與勞動(dòng)力市場的聯(lián)系,建立在國際上和行業(yè)間具有可比性的資格框架,于2012年公布了《俄羅斯聯(lián)邦國家資格框架》。該框架從"權(quán)利和責(zé)任的范圍"、"從事活動(dòng)的復(fù)雜性"和"活動(dòng)的科研程度"三個(gè)方面對學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果做出等級評定,并從"培訓(xùn)與大綱要求"、"實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)"、"受教育程度"三個(gè)維度界定了獲得相應(yīng)水平資格的路徑。俄羅斯聯(lián)邦國家資格框架具有體現(xiàn)國家—社會協(xié)同管理理念、資格認(rèn)證側(cè)重能力、資格獲取路徑多樣化等特點(diǎn),有利于推動(dòng)博洛尼亞進(jìn)程的發(fā)展及俄羅斯教育的現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen and optimize the links between the field of education and the labour market, and to establish a comparable international and intersectoral qualification framework, the Russian Federation State qualification Framework was published in 2012. The framework ranks learning outcomes in terms of "the scope of rights and responsibilities", "the complexity of engaging in activities" and "the scientific level of activity". It also defines the path of obtaining the corresponding level qualification from the three dimensions of "training and outline requirement", "practical experience" and "education level". The national qualification framework of the Russian Federation is characterized by the concept of state-society cooperative management, the ability of qualification certification and the diversification of access to qualifications, which is conducive to the development of Bologna process and the modernization of Russian education.
