【摘要】：隨著我國特殊教育事業(yè)的不斷向前發(fā)展,全面提高特殊教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量已成為教育教學(xué)改革的主要目標,要提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,教師資素質(zhì)是關(guān)鍵。為了了解特殊教育教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中存在的問題,有針對性地培養(yǎng)特教教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì),筆者對山東省19所特殊學(xué)校的301名特教教師的素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)狀況進行了調(diào)查,調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,目前在特殊教育教師素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)過程中存在如下問題:在職培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)實際脫節(jié)、職前培養(yǎng)與職后培訓(xùn)脫節(jié)、在職培訓(xùn)缺少連續(xù)性、培訓(xùn)時間安排不合理、集中培訓(xùn)缺乏實效性、特教教師對自身素質(zhì)要求太低;針對這些問題提出了相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of special education in our country, improving the teaching quality of special education in an all-round way has become the main goal of education and teaching reform. To improve the quality of education and teaching, the quality of teachers' resources is the key. In order to understand the problems existing in the cultivation of special education teachers' professional quality and to cultivate the professional quality of special education teachers, the author investigated the quality training of 301 special education teachers in 19 special schools in Shandong Province. The results show that there are the following problems in the process of quality training of special education teachers: the content of in-service training is out of touch with the teaching practice, the pre-service training and post-service training are disconnected, the in-service training lacks continuity, and the training time is not reasonable. The centralized training lacks the actual effect, and the special education teachers have too low requirements for their own quality, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve these problems.
